ORDER NUMBER 30551 THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST ORDER HOW CAN I GIVE YOU A GOOD REVIEW WHEN YOU HAVEN'T EVEN SENT ME MY ITEM. YOU HAVE NOT ANSWERED MY EMAILS AND YOU DON'T ANSWER YOU PHONE. YOU HAVE MY MONEY YET I DON'T HAVE MY ITEM, I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO GET PAYPAL INVOLVED TO GET MY MONEY BACK OFF YOU . I SHOULD OF ORDERED OFF THE USUAL PLACE I ORDER FROM (ESCAPE WATERSPORTS) AT LEAST THEY HAVE A GOOD CUSTOM SERVICE UNLIKE NORTHSHORE WATERSPORTS WHO DON'T SEAM TO GIVE A DAM ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AND CAN'T EVEN BE BOTHERED TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY

HI, Many thanks for your review and please can we sincerely apologise for the service you have received. Due to the current Covid-19 situation, the shop had to be temporarily shut down and all the staff had to be furlonged, giving us no access to emails, website etc. It took longer than expected for other staff to gain access, but we did refund and email you as soon as we possibly could, which was at 11pm on a bank holiday! The service and delay was purely down to very unique circumstances for which we had no control over and once again we sincerely apologise. Advertised goods on sale they didnt have, placed an order it didnt arrive, only later was I informed that A, it had not been in stock for weeks and B, they couldnt get it for another 5 weeks or so. This absolutly breaches ebays terms and conditions the shop was advertising on and breaches the supply of goods act 2008. Allthough they refunded it still cost me an extra £90 to get the item from elswhere..

HI Stephen, Many thanks for your review, Firstly please can I sincerely apologise for us not being able to supply the drysuit. As I mentioned before, at the time of ordering we were assured the suit was 100% available, the suit had been allocated to us from the supplier as they were showing the stock and I had been verbally told the suit was available, they closed for the first 2 weeks of Jan for stocktaking, and then couldn't ship anything till the 19th Jan. So I couldn't take delivery. When I chased up the order again, the supplier then informed me the suit wasn't actually available and they had made a stock error. They have 1 more delivery of the suits and this would be the end of Feb, where I would of course honour the price. Please once again accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. I ordered some new kit that the website said was in stock. The website also stated that if i ordered within x amount of hours that i would receive the item the following day. I ordered the item within the time stated on Thursday morning and i expected the item the following day as i actually needed to use the item on Sunday. The following day arrived only to receive an email about 11am stating that there was a stock issue and they didn't actually have any in stock. Therefore, not only was the item out of stock, but i was informed significantly too late for me to find a replacement item to purchase in time. Granted i should have thought about ordering the item a little earlier but the requirement of the item was a bit of a revelation that Thursday morning.

Hi Robert, Many thanks for your review, we are truly sorry we couldn't supply the goods for you in time, we couldn't find the item in stock, I tried all my contacts to try and find the item for you, but unfortunately on-one had the item available, hence why we emailed you ASAP with alternatives, we tried to upgrade the delivery options so the goods would have reached you in time, but due to it being a Saturday, the guaranteed service required a signature for the delivery but again due to circumstances you weren't available to sign for them. We always try to keep the website as up to date as possible, We are truly sorry and apologize sincerely for any inconvenience this may have caused. I recently purchased a paddle from NS Watersports. Kevin and Jess were friendly and responsive to emails and calls, finding the paddle I wanted and quick delivery. Will use them again and recommend them to friends. Merv

Not great. I ordered the helmet on the 25th of November with a 3 day delivery. It's now the 1st of December and I still don't have the helmet.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience. After ordering an item and expecting next day delivery as advertised on the website, I received no communication for 3 days, not even a confirmation of the order! When I called, I was informed that the item is out of stock! At least the refund was processed quickly but I lost valuable time meaning my daughter couldn't attend the event she wanted.

Hi Vira, Many thanks for your review we always welcome feedback. I'm a little confused by your review, as the goods were firstly ordered on the 10th November but the payment never went through, the goods were re-ordered on Wednesday 13th on a 3 day service, so deliver would have been with you on Monday. You then calIed on Thursday Morning, as we had temporarily sold out, I had specially gone to the supplier to collect the drysuit for you. I emailed you on Thursday as soon as I got back, to say that we had got the suit and would upgrade the delivery to a 24hr service so that you received on the Friday. As we never heard back I did as requested and refunded your order. I do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused, but do feel we did everything possible to get the goods to you in time. Placed an order for an item which showed as 'in stock' on website and paid for 24 hr delivery. 48 hrs later received an email that the item is not in stock. Sorry for the one star, but very disappointed. I will avoid in the future.

Whilst I know this an excellent venue my review is regarding the purchase of a 'gift voucher' to give as a birthday present. I was asked to pay £2.00 delover y charge - excessive as this was delivered via Royal Mail was not heavy so a first class stamp would have covered it. Secondly the gift voucher /certificate is what I would describe as a compliments slip with a handwritten value on it. Does the job I realise but it would be nicer if it was presented better as this is for a present.

Excellent little salt n pepper shaker for the hills. Pity they charge for delivery £2 and took 4 days to come have a rethink NS. Got a 3 compartment since shaker from amazon free delivery and arrived in 2 days.

HI Trevor. Many thanks for your review, I'm really sorry for late arrival of your goods. But this was out of our control, you ordered the goods at 7.25pm on a Saturday, we posted them at 11am on Monday morning first class post and TBH 99% of our goods arrive the next day. The only thing that is out of hands is the final delivery when we do rely on a 3rd Party. Good prices and a great website. However, I was promised next day delivery if I ordered before 2pm (on Friday) which I did, but it wasn't shipped until Monday so I was slightly disappointed as I wanted to use the paddle on Sunday.

Did not honour the 24hr delivery of order placed ahead of 2pm. In fact stock was not even checked until I prodded them the next day by which time the product should have been in my hands. Product now delivered.

HI Many thanks for your review. I'm a little confused by your review. We check stock and action every order as soon as they received. We try and carry most items in stock, but every now and again we have to get it from the supplier and if possible get it shipped direct.
