“Good service. I had accidentally paid £10 for a special delivery but a quick phone call and they refunded this. The item was showing in stock but took a couple of days to come from suppliers- was then sent on next day delivery. Great communication from friendly staff.”

“Whilst there was a short delay for delivery due to issues getting stock in (unsurprising given the weather and what I was ordering), the very friendly sales person I spoke to immediately refunded the special delivery charge I’d inadvertently paid for and told me exactly when to expect it and the package arrived next day! Items themselves completely as expected as they would be from anywhere but the service from NSW was excellent and that’s what sets the experience apart.”

“ordered some new palm helmets for our club, as these are the only ones that alter to fit very small children. We have a lot of 5 to 7 year olds paddling. They were a very good price, especially for us on a tight budget, easy to order and arrived on time. Will be ordering again.”
