“Ordered a waterproof camera bag on October 29th paid £10 for special delivery now November 3rd still not received my item”

Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in dispatching your order, we couldn't find the camera bag we supposed to have so unfortunately we had to order from our supplier and the courier was late in delivering the order. We have dispatched the case today and will be you tomorrow and I've refunded you the carriage costs. Please accept my apologies once again for the delay and the service you have received. “Absolutely fantastic company to deal with and exceptional prices. Rang them to ask about a kayak I was buying from them and they couldn't be more helpful. Delivery was free at the time of ordering and the kayak came very securely wrapped and earlier than expected, 10/10 from start to finish.”

Having had a look into your order/address, we have Ts&Cs stated on every listing on our website regarding custom fees/import taxes and we are not responsible for paying these. As of 01/01/21 the United Kingdom left the European Union as such we are now a non-EU country. Please be aware that Import Duty / Fees are applied when the goods arrive in the destination country. The receiver of the goods is responsible for paying the destination country’s Import Duty / Fees. Goods will be held by Customs until any outstanding payments are made.
