Hi Lee, Many thanks for your review, I think there has been some confusion over the delivery times, as you ordered the goods at 2pm on a Saturday and unfortuately we can't ship till Monday, We dispatched on Monday and used the special delivery service so the goods would be delivered to you before 1pm on the Tuesday as requested. “I had a couple of queries just after placing the order and so phoned the number given on the website. The call was answered immediately by a very helpful person and my queries dealt with quickly. I was given good advice about sizing and availability of the item. I also needed the order to be delivered within a tight time-frame and following a couple of clarifying emails, the next day delivery service met all my expectations. I am very pleased with my purchase which was very good value for the good quality of the boots ordered.”

“Very pleased with the website, ease of ordering and speed to which it arrived. I ordered the WRSI Current Pro Helmet on Sunday and it arrived nice & quickly 3 days later. The helmet is a perfect fit, very comfortable and I'm sure it will do the job of protecting my head if needed. Nice and light too and didn't feel hot when I wore it for a warm 12 mile paddle out.”

“Bought a Jobe Gama kayak. The order was processed quickly enough. I had a few problems with the delivery company (DX) though. They just kept putting my large and heavy parcel back into storage at their depot. However, following a phone call to NS Watersports they had the ability to speak to an actual human at DX and my parcel was delivered the following day with no issues. Had the kayak out on the lawn and looks a good bit of kit to go with my Jobe SUP. Thankyou for your efforts in sorting DX out.”

As soon as you contacted us, we called DX to find out what was happening with your delivery, they apologised for the delay, and assured us it would be delivered on Thursday. We have checked the tracking and called them to confirm that the goods were delivered to you yesterday. Please accept my sincere apologies once again for the delay in the delivery. “Now on day six waiting for a drysuit that should have been delivered the day after order!! Communication is really poor They took my money when they didn’t have it in stock and did not inform me of this until I contacted THEM”

HI Neil, Many thanks for the review, we always welcome any feedback. Firstly I would like to apologise for the delay in you receiving the drysuit, we had temporarily sold out. I did try and get the suit to you for the Saturday but unfortunately the suppler let us down after assuring us they would send for a Saturday delivery. I have refunded you all the delivery costs and an extra goodwill payment for the additional inconvenience caused. The extra day delay is due to DPD, which is completely out of our control. The suit is due to be delivered today. Once again I do sincerely apologise for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused. Best regards, Kevin
