“Wrong item. I ordered TIZIP lubricant - that was the item and photo on your wesite. You sent ZIP Tech. Different stuff, different application”

Hi David, Many thanks for your review, please accept my sincere apologies, we have picked up the incorrect tubes and posted them to you. I have located 1 tube of Tizip which I'll post to you today, as everything else we have is the Zip Tech you have received, and none of my suppliers have the Tizip. Please keep the Zip Tech you have received by mistake, I'll post the Tizip we have located FOC and give you a full REFUND. This will take a couple of days to show on your account. HI Tomasz, Many thanks for your order and review, I'm truly sorry for the delay in you receiving your order, which has now been delivered. Unfortunately we had temporarily sold out and re-ordered the goods. We had a nightmare with the delivery courier, as for 3 days in a row they tried to deliver at 5.45PM and in the end we had to go to the depot and collect. “Although I have not actually received the jacket I ordered yet, I must say the service so far has been great. I didn't know which size to order in the jacket I have purchased. I phoned the store and spoke to a lady (Jess I think her name was) She was extremely helpful and friendly and did a pit to put measurement for me. This has potentially saved a lot of hassle and I think little touches like this are a rarity for consumers. Very much looking forward to receiving my jacket and up to now can't fault anything at all.”

HI Andy, Many thanks for your message and order. Apologies for the slight delay in you receiving your order, I did leave you a message on the phone when you enquired last week to say that my supplier had just had the delivery and our delivery would be arriving this week. I have just chased this up and they are very apologetic the delivery arrived later than expected, so they are a little behind. HI David, Many thanks for the review. I sincerely apologise about your order, unfortunately we can't find the boots we are supposed to have and my supplier was showing stock available which we ordered. I have contacted them to find out where the delivery is and they have made an error as the boots were sold, and have been discontinued so we can't get anymore. “Quick delivery. I needed to return though because of size and it is stated that goods must be returned in orginal packaging, the box was huge and cost me nearly £15 to return. The new drysuit came in a small bag which was much better. Quick postage return with new size. Helpful on phone.”
