HI Gayle, Many thanks for your review. I'm really sorry for any confusion regarding the dispatch of your order, the shop is closed from the 23rd Dec to the 6th Jan. On your order confirmation is does give the following information. Northshore Watersports is now closed for Christmas and the New Year. “This is the second NRS waterproof case I’ve purchased the great products. I just needed a second different size for my Sea Kayaker. The order was processed very quickly although it was advertised as a sale item the delivery cost was quite expensive bringing it back to the equivalent of most other retailers effectively wiping out the sale price I’m actually making it slightly more expensive than other retailers. Something to watch out for.”

“Swift and accurate delivery, excellent communication. I had chosen the wrong items in a couple of cases, and the return and refund process was easy, again with great communication. I don’t mind paying the return postage when it’s my own choice to return and no fault of the seller. I’d shop here again in a heartbeat.”

“Customer service excellent. After placing an order with the company the item became unavailable. NorthShore Watersports first emailed me but unfortunately I hadn't checked my emails that day and they followed this up with a text explaining the issue. I called them and chose another design which they discounted owing to the issue. It was very good to find a company that I could call directly to resolve the problem. It is so normal now to receive bad customer service so I was very pleased to receive such good customer service on this occassion.”

“Im sure NS Watersports are cool - My delivery was a disaster, miscomunication, lies, lateness and i ended up driving to Bridgend (over 160 miles travelled) to pick up my parcel. Not appreciated this service at all.”
