“I bought a sm/med lime green Sweet helmet which sadly I had to return as it was too small. Unfortunately that was the last of the green ones, and the line was being discontinued. A couple of days after I'd returned the helmet for a refund, I received a phonemail. A med/large lime green helmet had been found while they were sorting out the back room, and would I like it. Not only am I very happy to have the helmet I wanted, but I was also hugely impressed that they took the time to remember, and to ring me. Ten out of ten I'd say.”

“Quick delivery and the right product arrived in good condition, however the packaging was poor and one of the two dry suits that I purchased (gents.) had no labels or information including guarantee card attached. Overall 8/10.. Thankyou”

“After placing an order on a Sunday evening, i had a email off Kevin and he advised me that one of my items was out of shock in the colour i wanted however he had another colour or he can order my colour from the supplier and then get it delivered to me. I opted of the latter option. The item came in on the wednesday and was with me by Thursday. Outstanding customer service.”
