“Purchased a Point 65 Tequila solo kayak, the 3 day delivery held up even though I ordered online on a Saturday. The kayak was delivered damage free and I now have a good stable kayak which I can easily lift and load into my MPV and go out on my own without struggling. I can't rate higher as I have no idea what the customer service is like should you ever have a problem.”

“Ordered in the morning it was delivered the next day. Only improvement would be to include the tracking number of the item so I can double check when its gonna be delivered”

“Ordered a genuine Windpaddle From NS Watersports, it is awesome, I tried a cheap chinese version of this and this knocks it into a cocked hat, NS didn't have the colour I wanted in stock but they got one and sent it to me within 6 days excellent service thank you!”

“The kayak wheels are sturdy, don't really fit my two man kayak as the V for the hull is quite acute. I need a much wider version, for my flatter hull, but I think I can make it work with bungees and it's a very good competitive price, so worth sticking with it..”

“Thanks for the opportunity to provide some feedback. nice web site, well organised and good range. Placing the order and making payment was very smooth. I got a mail from you on the day that I ordered it, but nothing since to say that you've packed it, sent it etc. so I don't know where my GGP 153 order is up to. Ebay retailers in HK sending me a $4 USB cable ship sooner and communicate better. By way of comparison, I ordered a pair of rockclimbing shoes from an online retailer also located in the UK, on the same day as I placed my order on the NorthShore watersports site. The shoes were sitting on my doorstep in Australia yesterday (4d) later, and I received shipping information from them within 24h of making my payment. To be clear I wasn't expecting to receive order by now (royal mail to australia is usually 6-12d in my experience), but a mail to let me know that its been sent (or that something is on backorder or whatever) would have been nice.”

“Very happy. The only reason it's not 5 star is the fack they didn't have in stock 2 of the items I'd ordered. They will be posted as soon as they are in again. I've been kept up to date with everything and revived my order the next day. I will be using again without any doubt!!”

“NS had the product I wanted and provided clear advice on the phone over the item and delivery timescales. My only concern here is I was asked to write a review of the service before the goods have arrived. Surely good service would ensure the timing of the request coincides with the delivery of the item, or an I just being naïve? Well - lets hope it arrives safe and sound then.....”

“5/5 Excellent customer service, product and fast delivery ! I have purchased a carbon white water paddle and a kayak drain plug (separate orders) from Northshore Watersports and the whole process on both occasions was seamless with confirmations and updates via email throughout. The UPS delivery for the paddle was missed twice (my own fault) and the Sales Team were in touch via a polite email with solutions for delivery; the delivery was successful 3rd time as I was in. I haven't experienced such a proactive service before, the NS Watersports Team obviously take great care in their service. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting a secure and fast purchase of water sports equipment. Many thanks!”
