Mats difficult to install/remove for cleaning as secured by clips rather than velcro as BMW ones are. Also it is unlikely the clips will last very long if used regulary as a significant amount of force is required to insert or remove.

Hi, We have not had any previous issues with these clips breaking over time. They should hold the mats in as well as the originals. It is hard to use velcro on our rubber mats as it would not work as well as carpet backings. Kind Regards

Purchased set of 4 rubber mats for ford c max 17 reg . Fitted perfectly except there was no holes in front passenger mat to clip onto studs.

Dear Customer, Sorry to hear you were not completely happy with your product. I have checked and this set is only shown with drivers clips. It may be that some models only have drivers clips so the template has been made to match. If you wanted clips for the passenger site please message us, and we can supply the clips. I recently purchased a boot liner for my daughter to use in her new T-roc. The product is excellent. What is not excellent is the total inability be be able to speak to someone on the phone. If it had been possible to have a conversation I would have chosen a different delivery address for this item. Your checkout gave the only delivery option as 2-3 days Royal Mail when in fact you sent it on a Parcelforce 24 service. If I had been able to establish this, the delivery address would have been different. You have a fantastic range of quality products so why oh why do you not want to talk to people about them. I suppose it's maybe just an inconvenience to you.

Hi, Sorry to hear you have not been happy with our site. We find email is the most efficient form of contact for us and customers. We will always reply quickly and adjust delivery addresses straight away. If we have an advertised phone number, it means a member of staff needs to be sat at a desk all day, every day. Whereas email can be picked up by any staff member, whether in the warehouse, office or working from home. We are a small company so need to be dynamic to offer a great service for all. Sometimes we need to upgrade items to a parcel force delivery. Usually this would benefit a customer with a faster delivery. Apologies that in your case you preferred Royal Mail to deliver. Service and postage time good. Rear rubber floor mats for Nissan x trail a bit short back to front, width ok; front rubber floor mats fine. Quality of mats is ok although there are better ones out, there they are more expensive.

Hi, Sorry you were not completely happy with this order. We think these are great value at just over £30 for a set of 4 car mats. There will always be better products at higher prices. Nissan rubber mats are £63, so double ours. This is the choice that is made when ordering. We also offer 30 days returns on all unused purchases if you would like to use this. Kind Regards

Dog guard arrived very quickly and is robustly constructed. However it was specifically ordered for a 2016 BMW X5 and the reality is it doesnt fit properly into the car. Given these bespoke guards are 3 or 4 times the price of 'universal' ones this is pretty disappointing.

Sorry to hear you were not happy with the guard. The guards are tested in each vehicle to select the best size and shape frame. Please can you send us some photos so we can see the issue? We can always help and offer an alternative or a free return / refund. The barriers we sell are fully crash and impact tested, as they are a safety product. This is not the case for may "cheaper" guards. This is the reason for the higher costs, as it is a completely different build quality.

Great website, quick shipment, good price and well packed. It all went wrong when NP Autoparts used Parcelforce to ship the parcel. I believe this courier will go the same way as CityLink, who went out of business due to dreadful performance and no customer communication. Parcelforce took 3 attempts over 5 days to deliver the parcel from their Bristol Depot to Bath (they never showed up and returned to the Depot with the parcel twice)!! Ridiculous.

Sorry for the delivery issues you had. It is very rare that this happens from the 1000's of parcels we post each week with Parcel force. We have tried other couriers and have found them to be the best for our business. This is shown by us winning the Reviews.io Summer 2019 award for on time delivery.

Product review: They fit and function as required. Cool. Delivery review: Could not have delivered to a more wrong address if they tried. Amazed at how an actual delivery address was completely disregarded. Fun times.

Hi, Please can you provide more info? I have checked your order and we posted to the address given at the time of order. We posted on the 14th and it was delivered on the 15th. If you can let us know more about the issue we can look into it.

I checked delivery status and found out that the product was delivered to incorrect address ( was delivered to an Island off Scotland and I live in Lancashire).. But when I find out and contact the seller they arranged another delivery which arrived quickly.

Re roof bars for Toyota chr managed to get them fitted after much messing around and the locks and cover just can’t get them locked very disappointed with this product and the money I spent on them with me being on a tight budget ?

Whist the quality of both the car mats and the boot liner cannot be denied, the rear car mats are too short and too narrow to cover the area that rear passengers put their feet. The photograph of the mats is a little deceiving in that they look wider.

Mats fit fine, quality isn't what I expected a bit thin for the price and the packaging showed the lion emblem but wasn't stitched on the the drivers mat

The item came well packed and in the time it said it would. On opening the item there were two sets of instructions which did not correspond with one another but where needed throughout the assembly of the product. Putting the main bar section together was ok, but as the instructions weren’t clear this took three attempts (with three adults). When trying to do the last part of putting the security caps the instructions were no help at all so we emailed the company for help; just use force was the only real advise given; “it’s a snug fit”, “use an upward motion” and others struggle with this. In the end it wasn’t a snug fit, just trial and error in order to finish. Now complete the item seems good and secure...

To be honest I expected better quality for the money paid, the rubber on the roof bars are very thin{hoping wont damage rails in long term} and I found them to be a ball ache setting them up to slack on adjustment and they fell apart or take slack up and cant budge them wish id payed more for dealership bars......

received storage box on time. packing case was wrecked but contents intact. courier must have been using this as a football. nothing wrong with the rack.
