Hi there, Sorry to hear this - it's actually the first we have heard of any issue, which is a shame, as we'd always hope a buyer informs us of an issue before they leave any kind of feedback or review. Parcel arrived broken, had communication stating that I would receive a new one ASAP as I needed it to sell the vehicle. It never arrived, once I had sent back the broken item, they cancelled the order and left me with nothing and wasted my time. I would not use these again or recommend them to anyone.

Hi, Sorry to hear this - however, looking back at the order and any communication, we did keep you updated with the situation along the way. We do apologise again that the initial item arrived damaged...we ordered a replacement from our supplier the same day you had notified us of this issue and it arrived the next day. Unfortunately, the replacement unit was checked and it was also damaged. We sent a message to you explaining this and that we would order another in, making sure our supplier checked it carefully before sending out to us. Unfortunately, our supplier then informed us that they only had one more unit in stock and it was already damaged...so it looks like the shipment they received was all damaged in transit. Therefore, we cancelled and refunded your original order immediately. This meant you received your full money back...you were not left with nothing at all, although we do understand that a few days were wasted while we attempted to get the issue resolved. We did send another message to confirm the situation and that we had to unfortunately cancel/refund you, so you were kept updated throughout the transaction. We do of course apologise that the items were damaged and that we were unable to supply a replacement for you. However, we do believe we communicated all these details with you and once we were unable to provide a replacement, a full refund was given straight away. Therefore, we did all we could on this occasion to make amends for the damage and help you. Regards,

Hi, Sorry to hear this - unfortunately with any universal item (such as these car seat covers), there may be some vehicles that they do not fit. However, it is not a waste of money at all, as we can offer a freepost return for a full refund. To confirm, this has been offered to you but we have not yet had the items returned so we cannot issue a refund. Please do consider that with any online purchase, there is a risk the item may not be quite right. It is then really about how the seller deals with the issue and we have offered a freepost return for a full refund...this shows we are trying to help you out with the issue. We do therefore find the 1-star review a little unfair, given that we have tried our best to help and it does not have to be a waste of money for you. I appreciate they were cheap, but I didn't expect the wipers to have no effect what so ever. Wish I paid more now for better goods, as I've just thrown money down the drain.

Hi there, Sorry to hear this - although this review system is supposed to be about us, the seller, rather then the product itself. We do appreciate any feedback though and if the wipers didn't perform to the standard you expected, we do apologise. We do offer a range of wipers and although you had chosen the cheapest set, we would still expect it to perform well. That being said, we haven't received any communication from you via eBay or email before we received this review, which is a shame. We would always request that a buyer contacts us directly if they have an issue and we can do our best to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, there will sometimes be issues when buying/selling items online but we do believe it's how we deal with these situations that shows us to be a reputable company who cares about the items we sell and the customers who purchase them. If there is any issue, we offer a 30-day returns period so the buyer can send back and get their money refunded...so they are not losing out. However, if we are not contacted regarding the issue, we cannot offer this service and try to resolve the situation. We do hope this hasn't put you off purchasing from us again in the future. Hi there, Sorry to hear this - however, we have not heard anything from you about this issue directly so this is the first we have heard that you are unhappy with the item (Peugeot 207 Rear Light). It was quite a costly item, so we are surprised to hear you have thrown it away...unfortunately, this also leaves us with no opportunity to investigate the issue and provide you a refund for the transaction. We do encourage buyers to contact us as soon as they encounter any issues, so we can look into the problem and resolve it for them, either through some simple advice or a return if necessary. Hi, We have checked the parcel force tracking and the order for car roof bars was delivered on the 12th May, the day after the order was made. Are you leaving this review in error for a product you have ordered from another company? Kind Regards Neil

Hi Simon, Sorry to hear this - but we have not received any prior communication regarding a return, either via email or eBay's own return system, and we have not received this item back. Therefore, no refund has been issued. We would expect to receive an email from a customer, or receive a return request via eBay if we are to expect a return but we have neither. Hi, Many thanks for your review...however, we have checked the tracking details and it states this order was received and signed for on 16th February (one day after it was dispatched from our warehouse). We include tracking details with our confirmation of dispatch email so the buyer can keep an eye on the delivery...so we are surprised that this has not been checked. Your order was dispatched on 15th February and it was a tracked delivery so we can see the full information. The Parcel Force tracking number is PBTE9359833001 The tracking shows this was signed for by 'CHOI CHUNG' at 15:12 on 16th February and there is a signature to prove this delivery is complete. We therefore do not believe this negative review is justified and we would ask that you contact us to discuss this further - if there has been a mixup, we can send a revision request so the review can be removed or revised to a more accurate level of feedback. If of course the tracking is incorrect in any way, do let us know and we can ask Parcel Force to investigate. However, it has been signed for with your name, so this is very unlikely. On a further note, we do appreciate if a customer can contact us directly if they have an issue rather than leaving a negative review....if we are not informed of a problem, we cannot possibly help so we would always ask to be notified directly. Unfortunately both chains broke, on first use. Needless to say this left us stranded.

For this reason, we would always encourage a buyer to contact us directly when an issue occurs, rather than leaving a review with the information. Contacting us directly will ensure we do our best to help resolve the situation, before any feedback is left. After all, we are here to help but if we are not informed, we cannot do so! If an item is faulty in any way, we can offer a return for a full refund - however, it does need to be within 30 days of the order date. The mat I bought was supposed to be tailored for my 15 mondeo. While it is the same shape it's about an inch to wide and therefore doesn't fit. I don't care how prompt the delivery is if the product is wrong!

Hi Paul, We do apologise for this issue - it's very rare for tailored boot liners to be incorrect and we are investigating this issue alongside our supplier (who manufacturers the boot liners) to hopefully prevent any similar issues for future customers. We will issue a full refund as requested once the item is back with us, so you can at least get your money back for this item and can hopefully source a correct boot liner for your vehicle. Hi, This negative review confuses greatly...because you returned the item in question for a refund. Therefore, we were following our return procedures as you had requested when completing our online returns form. When we sent the email confirmation out to confirm the cancellation/refund, you replied saying 'thank you for the speedy service' - so you were aware that the item was cancelled and refunded as per your return request. We do therefore believe this negative review, given that it states the order was cancelled for an unknown reason, is not correct and is very unfair. Please do contact us asap if we've misunderstood but for now, we are very confused why this comment has been entered on the review and such a low score given. Kind regards,

The item (rear screen wiper) did not fit, despite the brand (Volvo), type (XC70) and year (2002) being exactly as per the item description.

Sent the wrong product (sent a side repeater light for a different vehicle). Then didn't respond to e-mails asking if they could send the correct one. I had to pay the return postage. Very poor service

Hi Alan, Many thanks for your review. However, we believe you may have missed the note that features on all Thule listings, which states the following: 'Usually dispatched in 3-4 days' This dispatch period should be taken into account, along with the delivery estimate, when considering a purchase. Your order was received on 26th November and dispatched on 1st December - we can see from the tracking details that it then arrived on the 2nd December. This was 4 working days after the order was received, so was within the estimated dispatch & delivery estimate. We do apologise if you missed the note regarding dispatch time, however we do believe it is clearly displayed on each listing for Thule products. Kind regards,
