i ordered a black wing mirror cover for a nissan qashqai and received a GREY one which i will have to send back now.

Hi, Both the black and grey we sell need to be sprayed for the car. This detail is in the advert clearly. They are not metalic black to match the car. You are welcome to return the item to us for a full refund. I have emailed you details. I feel the review is very unfair in light of this. Kind Regards Neil

Product was overpriced was charged £52.24 paid with Amazon then found i could have got the exactly the same product on Amazon itself also with Free P&P for £39.00 feel i was Ripped off will not use NPAutoparts again

Hi Daniel, Sorry to hear this - however, we do feel this is an unfair review given that you chose the price to pay with us and so did not adequately research the best deal. We would always encourage customers to search around for the best deal on the internet and particularly Amazon, where prices are constantly changing. We do try and offer the best price we can on all our items and this would preferably be lower than our competitors. We are usually able to do so, however Amazon can be a very cut-throat marketplace, with some listing items for extremely low prices that we cannot match. However, customers do have a choice and so if you paid the amount as listed by us, this was your choice. We do accept returns, so you could return the bars to us and purchase the set elsewhere - but please note that the return postage would be at your own cost, as there was nothing wrong with them or our listing. Car covers, were listed as universal, however, specifically to fit my car. Received in good time however, did not fit, total waste of money!!!!!!!

Hi Angela, Sorry to hear the seat covers did not fit the vehicle. They are a universal set and should be fine for the vast majority of vehicles. However, there are rare cases when the covers won't fit the vehicle in question. Hi, Sorry to hear this. I have checked your tracking to see what has happened. Your order was made on the 20th. We posted the order on the 20th. Parcel force attempted delivery on the 21st. As you were not in they delivered to your local post office and advised you of this by card and message. We email tracking numbers to customers, so that anytime during delivery you can check the whereabouts of your order. If you are unable to locate your parcel at the local post office please contact us and we will raise the issue with Parcel force. NP Autoparts.

i am not happy cose that cable I by I no working with my sub woofer if is passively sand me witch one is proper for my AUDI A4 2007 convertible I have boos sound system Bilt in my car I can return back old one thanks

Purchased what I thought was a Citroen Saxo car aerial, upon receipt the first thing I noticed was the words "universal aerial". When attempting to fit said aerial the holes and stubs didn't line up so it is now letting in more water than the previous aerial did.

This item was bought using the specific drop down selection for a 1997 Audi D2 4.2 Quattro. It did not fit until the existing brackets were bent to allow the larger replacement item to be attached & is consequently loose. Also the enclosed instructions & wiring diagram were rubbish & it is only because my partner is a handy sort of chap that the item was fitted at all

Hi, Sorry to hear you had fitment issues with this aerial. These are for the Standard A8 and may vary slightly on a sports model such as the 4.2 We list these based on info from the aerial manufacturer. Every effort is made to ensure correct data is used, however there is always possibility of small errors. We have a full freepost returns system, so once items like this are received and look incorrect, they can easily be returned for a full refund. Kind regards NP Autoparts

Placed an order on 25 October and had a email confirming order saying delivery in 3-5 working days. Now on 23 November as yet not received them.

No holes for seat belts so wS have to purchase a new set. Says for Nissan juke but don't fit mine. Well they do without the seat belts. Very disappointed

Hi Sara, Sorry that you were not happy with the seat covers. As they are a universal set, they would not come with preset holes for seat belts/isofix etc. As you can imagine, they need to be able to fit a variety of vehicles so customers are recommended to make small incisions to let any fittings through. As you have indicated, they do fit the vehicle's seats but do not allow the seat belts through. We have emailed you separately with our returns information if you wish to return the item. Hi, sorry to hear that the mat didn't fit as required. We wouldn't normally accept a return on a made-to-order product such as tailored mats as we can investigate what has happened when a product does not fit and would encourage all customers to contact us before sending an item back. We would have asked for pictures of the mat within the vehicle so our supplier can investigate what has happened, as the Porsche 911 comes in so many varieties that there is a possibility that the incorrect mats were ordered or dispatched. However, this will now not be possible so we'll look forward to receiving the returned mats. Rob
