“A good company to deal with. Easy online ordering. Swift delivery. Good communication. We bought foot well mats for a Volvo XC40. When we got them out of the package I thought they felt a bit light and flimsy. They are not made of thick, heavy rubber. It's a lighter, plastic type material. But when we put them in the car, they were transformed. They fitted really well, felt solid, and looked great. And light is better than heavy when you haul them around in your car for years.”

“I paid for faster delivery and it was a waste of money. When the roof rack arrived it was well packaged and exactly what i wanted but the slow delivery bugged me. Product excellent, delivery poor”

Sorry to see this delay with the delivery Mr Jackson. I can see that we shipped the order the same day, on a next day method, however the courier noted a delay in their network and were unable to delivery on the correct day. We have refunded your delivery cost, and hope that you would give us another try in the future.

“Product good and arrived quickly. No significant probems. One issue with DriveDen parts checker is that stated the product would not be compatible with my vehicle. This was (obviously) incorrect as the product description lists compatible vehichles which included the make and year of my van. Whilst I proceeded despite this (and clearly it was sucessful) the purchase did give me some concern unil it arrived and I checked the box.”

“I wish I’d come to you first. Two dogs. One puppy. One new to me car. Two cheap, frustrating, non functional “universal” dog guards. Thank goodness for DriveDen - I now have a smart, functional and custom dog guard that was simple to fit thanks to the great wee video you kindly sent out. All for the price of the two completely rubbish dog guards taking up room in our shed.”

“Drive Den & Matt Was Great Very Helpful. Great Roof Rack & Easy To Install. DX Couriers Absolute Waste Of Space Couldn't Find The Nose On Their Faces! Would Deffo Look At Other Couriers? If It Wasn't For Matt I Would Have Cancelled Down To The Couriers.”
