“Purchased a set of roof bars and fitting kit. Delivery was quick and free. Unfortunately a small non-integral part was broken. Contacted via email with photos late after office hours, not expecting a reply until the following day. However a response and solution was sent in reply late that evening. A new part was sent out and, received a day later. The customer service went above and beyond my expectations. I couldn't recommend them enough.”
