“Unfortunate the boot mat we received was rolled in a box, delivered in the pouring rain and left outside. Part of the rubber mat appears thinner than the other areas and so is wrinkled. The mat still does not lay flat despite following the instructions. Very disappointing as other reviewers seemed satisfied.”

Hi Jonathan. Really sorry to hear of this. The mat should not have been left outside by the courier but this should not affect the performance of the rubber boot liner. This will lay flat after being rolled out for some time, it just takes a little longer when the weather is cold. Are you able to send us some pictures of the wrinkled area that you referred to and we will take a look for you.
