I purchased a rear windscreen wiper for a Ford Galaxy. I received the item in good time, but it said that the instructions and fittings was inside but there wasn't any, which was an inconvenience for the fitting.

Price and delivery were good. Product instructions were poor misleading and incorrect. Fortunately I have an honorary degree in self assembly, without which assembly would have been much more difficult than it was.

Hi Robert, Many thanks for your review. The instructions we offer come straight from our supplier, Farad. As they are based in Italy, some of the instructions may not be in perfect English but so far we've found the instructions to be very helpful and the bars themselves very easy to fit. Kind regards,

I ordered complete roof bars kit but only half arrived aftern2 emails I sent I got a reply and the missing part of my order was sent out but all in all the service was good

Hi William, We do apologise for any issues in transit - unfortunately Parcel Force mislaid the foot kit for your roof bars but as soon as we knew of this issue, we sent out a replacement. We will contact Parcel Force and ask them to investigate the matter and see if they can trace what has happened to the foot kit with your original order. Kind regards,

Cheap goods so the quality isn't as you'd get if you paid a little more. Communications and delivery were faultless. Still to early to decide if the product was good or bad.

The goods order were of an acceptable standard for the money paid. Just a little disappointed with the amount of postage I was asked to pay - two separate lots for two items - when they were then all put into one box.

Wing mirror was promised to be posted on Tuesday 03/03 was not posted until Thursday 05/03. However, I am pleased to say it arrived OK on Saturday 07/03. MJD

Some of your items are great value where others are very more expensive, i guess that's like anywhere really. Delivery is nice and quick and you offer free delivery which is helpful. I've not had a face to face with any staff So can't comment on staff satisfaction.

The price and delivery of my Haynes Manual (for Freelander 2) was excellent. I was however disappointed with the manual with which, after having purchased many manuals over the years, I was disappointed. The manual does not appear to go into the detail of previous manuals.

Not overly impressed had to wait a long time for my part however they did send by express delivery at no extra charge would use again

I was happy with the communication but disappointed that there was a delay in the product being available due to an error in the website availability However would still use the company again if they have the correct part available at a competitive price

I was slightly disappointed because immediately ofter ordering I realised I had ordered the wrong part so I emailed them straight away advsing them of this and specifying the correct part. they did not pickup the email until mid morning in the mean time I received an email saying that the item had been despatched at 07:30. So to that end when they finally answered my original email I was told it was too late

Hi Neil, Sorry if there was any delay in getting your item shipped. The order was received on Sunday 8th February and the item was shipped on Wednesday 11th. We do aim to get the item shipped within 48 hours as they are ordered from our suppliers for each individual order. However, weekend orders can of course lead to a slight delay as our operating hours are Monday-Friday. Even so, we would have liked to have dispatched this by the Tuesday so we apologise for the delay. Kind regards, Rob

Despite putting in the correct year and model for my car the wiper blade sent was the wrong type. I was refunded immediately however.

good quality item unfortunately the velcro straps wont stick to the boot side as such the liner sides wont keep up

Nice and easy to order and shipped and received on time the next day. Goods came with a delivery note but no invoice. Could do with an invoice.
