“Service from your Company was excellent, but let down by your carriers. I paid for 'next day' delivery and, after receiving delivery notification from the carriers, took the day off only to get a message on the day telling me that it wasn't coming until the following day. A waste of my time and money.”

“Unfortunately I received a faulty lock. After an initial customer service hiccup the team at Nothing But Padlocks were very quick to put things right and apologise. This is a good company who are clearly trying to the do the right thing for their customers and hence I've changed my review from negative to positive. I'd recommend them.”

“10 Padlocks, all keyed, the same ordered by email Thursday, I made a mistake on the order which effectively took one day to correct and it was delivered before 10:00 on Monday, exactly as ordered. What's to complain about that? In UK in 2016 not very much I would suggest I will use them again and anyone who seeks my opinion will be told to try them first.”

“Wanted to order some more keyed alike locks to ones we already use on our site. spoke to a customer support agent who was very helpful and confirmed they had them in stock and suggested it was easier to order online. This worked OK and the correct locks were delivered with the same key number. The only negative was that although I put a separate delivery address from my cardholder address this didn't seem to update. Having said that they were delivered to my home address the next day and although I wasn't in a card was left and I arranged to pick up from a local collection point (Halfords in Chester). I picked up the order from there which worked very well. I will use nothing but padlocks again in the future.”

“Chose keyed alike weatherproof Abus locks (40mm) to secure two sheds and the back gate in the garden. Although its early days to judge the longevity as the locks have only been in place a few days, so far they are coping well with the external conditions in January. The web site was easy to use, informative and guided a 'duffer' through the selection process with ease, the company good at communicating the order's progress, the delivery made as scheduled and the goods were well packed and fulfilled the description. Only slight down side was that all those positives proved a bit costly. Thanks Nothingbut ... Job well done!”

“There was an initial mixup caused by me ordering the wrong items and having to return them for replacement. However I then had to send 2 emails to confirm that the refund had been processed and that the replacements were being actioned. Having said that, the company then pulled the stops out and substituted a next-day delivery at no extra cost instead of the basic charge I had originally opted for.”
