Unfortunately I received a faulty lock. After an initial customer service hiccup the team at Nothing But Padlocks were very quick to put things right and apologise. This is a good company who are clearly trying to the do the right thing for their customers and hence I've changed my review from negative to positive.
I'd recommend them.
