10 Padlocks, all keyed, the same ordered by email Thursday, I made a mistake on the order which effectively took one day to correct and it was delivered before 10:00 on Monday, exactly as ordered. What's to complain about that?
In UK in 2016 not very much I would suggest
I will use them again and anyone who seeks my opinion will be told to try them first.
