“I have been using Nothingbut Padlocks for 15 years - buying a lot of key coded padlocks and some other special locks. All used in a harsh marine environment. They have proved to be the best padlocks for this environment and getting them key coded is invaluable”

“Vast selectuon, easy to order well priced and arrived quickly. I ordered the same key for multiplemm locks whichnis not so easy from Amazon. Shame not possible to have same key across different lock sizes but thats because the keys fron the larger lock were also physically bigger.”

“My order was for a very small ABUS combination padlock reset key that measured approximately 20mm in length and just a few grammes in weight. However it came in extremely wasteful and unnecessary packaging. It was inside a plastic zip bag that was inside a, when folded, A4 sized piece of corrugated cardboard which was then inside another swathe of plastic! All this actually meant I had to be there to accept delivery and then had to recycle loads of excess packaging when it could so easily just have been put in an envelope that would have gone through my letterbox. Stop wasting resources needlessly.”

Hi Nick, thank you for feeding this back to us and sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused. We take all feedback very seriously and we aim to improve on this. We will speak to our warehousing team regarding the packaging, but we use recycled packaging for all of our orders so this will be why it's come in a larger box - but I completely understand the frustration in receiving such a large box and having to recycle it. I will personally email you now to help us try and make up for it in some small way. Thank you.

“I wanted a specific type of marine padlock that I knew would perfom well in my application - not just something similar that might work. It was immediatley available from Nothing But Padlocks and delivered quickly without any problems whatsoever. The padlocks are exactly what I required and of the quality I expected.”

Hi Steven, thank you for the feedback, and I'm sorry the experience didn't match what we promise. On delivery: we dispatched your order the same day it came in, but DPD took considerably longer than the 2 day service should allow. That's on the courier, and we're raising it directly with them, but I appreciate that doesn't change the wait on your end. On the padlock: you ordered and received the SHC65, which is the 4-dial version, as stated in the product description. The primary image on the listing shows the 80mm, 5-dial model, which I can see would cause confusion if you were going off the picture rather than the spec. I'll get that image swapped so it's clearer for future customers, but the item you received does match what was ordered and listed. Thank you for flagging this, and again, we're very sorry that your experience with us wasn't what you hoped for. If you would like to return your padlock, you can start a return by logging into your account.
