“Initial encounter was very positive when I got through straightaway on the phone, and had some good advice. However, delivery was not as expected. The website quotes 'next day delivery'. As I ordered late on a Thursday, I was expecting Saturday delivery. I then saw that my confirmation email said 'next business day delivery'. That would have been Monday. Delivery was actually made on the Tuesday afternoon. We needed rapid delivery - I would not have ordered from them had I known. Since my initial contact, I have called a number of times and only ever reached voicemail. I did finally leave a 'call me back' message, but no one called. I've now left another 'call me' message.”

“My first order for same keyed padlocks with this company was back in 2019 , I’ve since added to the original order twice more , same keyed padlocks and identical keys as from 2019 , padlocks are excellent quality , the company move quickly from order to delivery and seamlessly at that .”

“The order is incorrect. I ordered 16 padlocks keyed alike. 16 padlocks arrived. Firstly, all of the keys are attached to the rings of (presumably) their respective padlocks, so they physically cannot be opened without wrecking the key rings. Secondly, this would not be a problem if they were keyed alike, because they could open each other. They are not. I need a correct replacement as soon as possible.”

“We need these specific marine quality locks, as our watch station (maritime ssarch and rescue) sits on the sea wall, gracefully receiving all the sea can give us. The locks and number barrels work faithfully for years. Nothing But Padlocks has a clear website and a fast delivery. Excellent service and quality.”

“I have been using Nothingbut Padlocks for 15 years - buying a lot of key coded padlocks and some other special locks. All used in a harsh marine environment. They have proved to be the best padlocks for this environment and getting them key coded is invaluable”
