“Nostalgia cases are brilliant I ordered the wrong size case by accident after me getting in touch requesting a different size but it had already shipped out. mark compensated for that’s one and made me another which has arrived today I can’t thank him enough the service which I received goes above and beyond all Service expectations. I will definitely be ordering another case at a later date as a gift for a family member as the case is a good quality product! Thank you so much the spare case has found a home and hopefully feels the same as I do!!”

Hi Keira, Sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the delivery times. Your order was placed on Friday the 14th of June and was dispatched on Wednesday the 19th. So we actually go your order out in 3 working days, rather than the 4 that are quoted. Unfortunately the delay in it then arriving with you was due to Royal Mail, which was outwith our control. We find around 90% of 2nd class mail parcels arrive in 2 working days and around 9% arrive in 3, so unfortunately you were one of the unlucky 1% who have to wait slightly longer.
