Hi Richard, I'm very sorry that there has been a notable delay in the delivery of your order. This is unfortunately due to the recent Royal Mail strikes causing a notable backlog. I can confirm that your order was dispatched on the 31st of August 2022, using 2nd class mail. The tracking code is 3202612680003E9A31D44. I hope this delay wont deter you from ordering from us again in the future, as our delivery times are usually consistent as per our reviews. The delay with your order is due to very rare extenuating circumstances. I'd expect your delivery will arrive in the next day or two. The design was spot on. For me the only issue was the fact the phone case doesn’t cover all the edges. Has a gap on the top. And I haven’t used the case yet because of that. This wasn’t announced on the website or at least not with images

We do state on our product pages that our cases cover the back and sides, but if you hadnt read the product description I can see how expectations may have been different. The phone case was maroon on the website and in actual fact it’s purple.

Hi Jamie, Really sorry to hear that your case wasnt quite the perfect colour. I'll make sure whoever quality checked your case is shot in the foot with a spud gun. My case arrived with the image not aligned correctly. It was replaced with no issues at all and although the second case is better it's still not 100% which is pretty disappointing.

The mask was fine., the communication was poor, ordered 24th Nov, dispatched on the 27th, due for delivery 30th, numerous calls and emails when it failed to arrive, assured it was in the post eventually arrived 11th Dec, 15 days for 30miles is a new record for the post office, I'd accept a delay of a few days given the current situation but it would have been better to say we'll send a replacement rather than it will turn up,

Hi Sandi, I can completely understand your frustration with the delivery times. Royal Mail have been overwhelmed with volume. This is due to the lockdown restrictions encouraging more people to shop online this Christmas. As we were experiencing delays across the board, it didnt make sense to send out a replacement, if we were confident that the first parcel would arrive (as you've confirmed it did). I hope this wont deter you from shopping with us again. It's been really unique circumstances this Christmas, and hopefully something we wont see repeated again anytime soon. Not awful, but the glossy finish of the case makes it appear slightly cheap. It also makes it quite slippery to grip. Like I say, not awful but not as great as I expected.

The Aberdeen case I ordered looks cheap and hasn’t got the same level of colour detailed online

Hi Stewart, Sorry to hear that your case hasnt come out perfect. It sounds as though there was a printing error if your case does not have the detail as shown on our site. I'll get a replacement case made and sent out to you, let me know when it arrives if its as you would have expected. Il be honest with ya pal,it was for my 11 year old son and he loved the design and obviously with it being Leeds he was thrilled but after inspecting it there was marks and faults I could see but no way I was getting it back off him to send back,the service and everything else was good tho and I might of just dropped unlucky and have to take it on chin.

Hi Simon, Great to hear that your son is happy, but you're the customer so we need to ensure you are also happy! If there are imperfections on the case, this should have been identified during our quality control checks, please accept my apologies that this wasnt the case. Dropping the case should not cause marks/faults. I understand its going to be tricky to take the case off your son to send back, so what I'll do is arrange for a replacement case to be sent out, free of charge, with no need to send back the original. Postage took over a month, and the services help personal was not helpful at all. Just kept repeating themselves instead of answering my questions. Phone case was what I expected though.

Hi Alison, Sorry to hear that you've not been happy with our customer service and delivery time. As discussed via email, our parcels to Australia are not tracked, so we cant tell exactly when they will arrive. Generally parcels to Australia are delivered in 7-10 working days from dispatch. Sometimes we will see parcels taking a little bit longer, due to delays with the local postal service. Your case was dispatched on the 16th of December and appears to have arrived on the 10th of January. This is 15 working days, so a lot slower than we would have hoped. Please accept my apologies that there has been a 5 day delay. Quality could of been a lot better colour had changed from blue to. A light purple down the bottom of the case corners had no print on them

Waited over a week for my delivery and it's still not here. I know you say royal mail is busy but I'm sorry that's no excuse

Hi Christine, Due to the time of year, we do see that Royal Mail sometimes (albeit extremely rarely) deliver parcels a day or two late. We dont have any control over the delivery once we've passed the order to Royal Mail. If for any reason the parcel is lost in transit, we're more than happy to issue a free replacement. As you've let me know via email since leaving this review, you did not include your house number on the delivery address, hence the delay in arrival. Not that impressed to be honest- quite flimsy for the money - the finish is good but fairly easily scratched. Doubt it will last very long.

Hi Angus, Sorry to hear that your case does not fit. It sounds as though either a wrong model has been sent due to human error, or there has been a fault with your case. Either way, this should have been picked up by our quality control checks. Please accept my sincerest apologies that this fit issue was not identified. Regarding the scratches... if the case doesnt fit the phone perfectly then its more prone to moving around which in theory would make it easier to scratch. We've sent out thousands of cases to date and not had a single complaint about them being easy to scratch, so its hopefully just related to the fit issue. I will arrange for a replacement case to be sent out to you tomorrow. Please let me know when it arrives if you're happy with the fit! Cases didn’t arrive despite being guaranteed Christmas delivery before I ordered them. Good customer service reply but didn’t make up for fact that they weren’t available as gifts on Christmas Day.

I am sorry ,but I have to say that I am a bit dissapointed. I was expecting something that would protect the front of the phone as well as the back. the strip is great .

I am very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your case. I can issue you with a full refund if you wish, please get in touch and I can arrange. Regarding the protection of the screen... our cases have a lip at the front of the case. If you were to drop the case flat onto a surface the screen would be protected as it would not come into contact with the surface. However, if you were to drop it onto say... a rock, then it would of course be unprotected. I'd recommend a glass screen protector for such protection or a flip wallet style case.
