“Grandson was very happy with this case as is his favourite shirt design. Only complaint is that aux cable to listen to music in his car does not fit through the hole in the case. He has to take the case off at the bottom to use it.”

Hi Carol, Please accept my apologies that the case your Grandson has received does not allow access to all ports. Our cases are designed to allow easy access to all elements on the phone, such as camera cutouts, charging points or microphone sockets. So it sounds as though you've either been sent slightly the wrong case, or that one in particular was faulty in some way. Either way, we can get this sorted for you. Please can you send me a photo of the case alongside the phone and we can then identify whats gone wrong and get a replacement case out to you. Thanks, Mark
