“Had nothing but the best service with Nostalgia. My last order didn't arrive as my work address didn't load properly. I contacted Mark and he offered to send my order out again FOC even though I took responsibility of my error. I offered to pay something so we met half way. Not my 1st order and won't be my last”

Hi Richars, I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy that your order did not include a screen protector. I appreciate that you've ordered a case from another site before and that included a protector. This would have been detailed in the product description on that site. We do not offer screen protectors. We've looked into offering them as an optional extra, but with 300 phone models, it wasnt something that was feasible for our site. I hope this doesnt deter from ordering from us again.
