Hi Richars, I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy that your order did not include a screen protector. I appreciate that you've ordered a case from another site before and that included a protector. This would have been detailed in the product description on that site. We do not offer screen protectors. We've looked into offering them as an optional extra, but with 300 phone models, it wasnt something that was feasible for our site. I hope this doesnt deter from ordering from us again. “After ordering a product online I received a personal call from Mark, the owner to not only confirm when it would be delivered and ask if the personal message was correct for what I had purchased. Chatting to Mark was like chatting with an old pal and his enthusiasm for his products and customer service was very impressive. Everything was delivered as told and the products certainly matched his claims! Well worth looking up his website to see all he offers and a good value!”
