We'd like to address both points: Delivery: Shipments are handled by UPS, and some deliveries may require a signature or in-person receipt depending on the item's value or UPS's fraud prevention protocols. This is to protect customers from porch theft and ensure packages reach the right person. We recommend contacting UPS directly with your tracking number to investigate what happened to your shipment, they can provide a full delivery report. Import Tariffs: Any applicable tariffs are a result of current U.S. government trade policy under the Trump administration's tariff program. These charges are mandated by law and applied by customs, they are not fees we set or profit from. We understand this is frustrating and unexpected, and we wish we had more control over this. “I think Norton Barrie is a little gem of a store. I only purchase on line as I don’t live close to their stores but the helpfulness & personal touch is something very special. Customer service is superb & delivery is very efficient. Even though they don’t do free returns, I feel confident to make a return if something doesn’t fit or doesn’t suit, as I trust their returns procedures. Great Guy’s & Store”

“We’ve shopped at Norton Barrie for a few years now, mainly my partner for Holland cooper items. They always have a good range of stock, and it’s always rotated for new in items. They guys at the shop are great, always happy to help or leave you to it which is a bonus. And the shop smells fantastic 🤣!”
