We operate both an online store and a physical store in Wilmslow, and while we carry out regular stock checks to keep our inventory accurate, unfortunately, mistakes can occasionally happen. Stock may sometimes be misplaced, mixed up with another item, or in rare cases, even stolen. As soon as we spotted the issue with your order, we notified you immediately and processed a full refund via PayPal within 24 hours. We understand how frustrating it is to place an order and not receive the item, and we truly apologise for the inconvenience caused. “I wanted an item from a certain brand that was not available in my size on the brands own website. I did a quick search and the item came up in my size on the website of Norton Barrie. Having never dealt with them before I was unsure of the service but I must say the service was excellent. Great price, quality product and great delivery.
