“Great experience both online and in the shop when collecting. Shirt was too big and they had a smaller one available in store and swapped it there and then. Very personable staff as well.”

“Shopping was a great experience and the items were delivered quickly. My only concern was that the packaging wasn’t the best. There was an article of clothing placed unwrapped inside the box, which I accidentally cut a hole in as I was opening the package. Luckily it was small enough for me to sew myself, but the item really should have been packaged better. Other than that, everything arrived in great condition :)”

“Good at getting the product to me. Returns tho, a fiver to return. I appreciate that small companies feel they need to reduce costs in the world of Internet shopping. But ultimately, youve still got my money and I have paid an extra £5 to get it back to you. I'd have to be certain your stuff was going to be keepable in future, difficult to do that online.”

Unless an item is damaged or has a defect, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of the return. “Great service online , also been to store a couple of times it’s nice to have a lovely family run business to visit with 10/10 service , I have recommended already to some of my clients , nothing is too much trouble , I even took the dog in , and always offered drinks . I live over an hour away but it’s worth the trip .”
