“Not sure why I got a refund less than the value of the item? I accept not getting the postage costs back but to be taxed for something I will never understand. First time I used this company. I won’t be buying from you ever again.”

Hi Andy, As you used our pre-paid tracked Royal Mail returns label to return your item, there is a cost for this of £3.99 which we deduct from your refund. You can use your own method of shipment to return your item but this usually costs more. This is stated in the returns section of our website. I'm sorry for the confusion in this instance. “BRILLIANT! Purchased a shirt, i was unsure of colour and fit, hence i contacted Norton Barrie via their live chat function, the experience was fantastic and the representative was a delight to deal with and super helpful, putting my mind at ease. I purchased the item and it was as described - amazing! Delivery was 2 days which again is totally impressive. I cannot recommend Norton Barrie enough!
