“Paid for next day delivery wasn’t shipped for another 4 days tried to contact customer services for shipping refund nightmare to get hold of.. avoid won’t shop here again.”

Hi Brad, Your order was placed on Thursday and shipped the same day using Royal Mails tracked 24 service. Unfortunately due to the strikes with Royal Mail there were no deliveries made on Friday therefore this was delayed to the following week as this service also does not include weekends. When looking through our emails there have been no emails from yourself regarding this matter, our email address is enquiries@nortonbarrie.co.uk. Hi Jonathan, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately as explained on the phone we started that jacket from size 38 and when we contacted Belstaff they didn't have any size 36 available in their wholesale stock. I can see we received the jacket back on Tuesday and a full refund was processed on Wednesday morning. We hope to see you shopping with us again soon and we will make a concerted effort to purchase size 36UK in the future so you have some choice on our website. Kind Regards Emma
