“Norton Barrie’s product lines are amazing having seen all in shops at a minimum of 20% more expensive so very pleased with my purchase of five Boss garments. Customer Service, I emailed with a minor if not insignificant issue regarding a line absent from the delivery address which was communicated back the following day and fixed. A massive Thank you to Norton Barrie’s team !!”

“Only issue was someone signed for my parcel with just a first name and no address?? I have to stressfully try and find out who it was. It was a painter/decorator i dont even know. So delivery person i may not have received this due to one name no address.”

Hi, We ship our orders using Royal Mail's tracked and signed for delivery. Unfortunately, this is down to Royal Mail to ask for the surname of who signed for the parcel.
