“great service, price and speed of dispatch. a real personal feel compared to the bigger stores, i've been shopping at the F word for many years, but their customer service is shocking and their postage rates are steep so have been looking for alternatives for a while now and hopefully i've found it with Norton Barrie. thank you.”

Hi Glen, I feel this 1-star review is quite unfair considering you sent us a message on Friday evening at 6:45pm and we replied on Friday evening stating we will email Valentino on Monday and process a refund for you on Monday. To then leave a 1-star review on Sunday afternoon accusing us of selling counterfeit goods when a pair of sliders have broken is unfair and unjust. As we said in our messages the refund will be processed tomorrow and there will be no need to send the slides back as we will speak to Valentino regarding the issue. Kind Regards Emma Norton Barrie
