“Fantastic experience with Norton Barrie. I received a 15% new-customer discount, reducing my Holland Cooper Henley Blazer (Navy Ink) from £230 to £195, plus free next-day delivery. Everything arrived quickly and exactly as described. Excellent service from start to finish. I don't understand some of the negative reviews, as my experience was outstanding. 11/10 — I would happily shop here again.”

“I am extremely happy with the service from Norton Barrie. As a new customer, I received a 15% discount, which brought the price of my Holland Cooper Henley Blazer in Navy Ink down from £230 to just £195. On top of that, I received free next-day delivery, which was a great bonus. The blazer arrived promptly and exactly as expected, and the whole shopping experience was smooth from start to finish. Based on my experience, the customer service and value for money were excellent. I honestly don't understand why some people leave negative reviews, as my experience could not have been better. If I could, I would rate Norton Barrie 6 out of 5 stars or 11 out of 10. I would definitely shop with them again and highly recommend them to others.”

“Website easy to navigate, some great brands either great discounts. Customer service on point. Was notified from order to delivery and the Holland Cooper shoes I ordered arrived packaged well and they were delivered so quickly too! “Visited Norton Barrie with my mum last Saturday and had a fantastic experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were friendly, welcoming and genuinely enjoyable to chat with, which made the whole shopping experience feel relaxed and personal. A special thank you as well for keeping hold of my daughter’s colouring bag after we accidentally left it in the shop. When I returned a few days later, it had been safely put aside for us, which was greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find customer service of this standard these days. We’ll definitely be back very soon, and I think I’ve found my new home for future shopping. Highly recommended!”

“It’s always very sceptical buying from a new company. However my first and not last experience with Norton Barrie was excellent, from selection of products, to communication of order and quick delivery. This was a great first experience and I will definitely continue to shop with confidence in the future. I think I’ve just found a gem for ordering my clothes.”
