“The service was terrific. And it was delivered very quickly. Love the purse and the quality. What I wasn’t aware of is that your company is out of the USA and I had to pay an $87 tariff! This is not your fault that our President is an ass but I wish I had known I was going to have to pay that. Maybe in the future you could notify people ahead of time that their purchase will be subject to a tariff”

We do offer a return service from the U.S. via DHL at a flat rate of $40, which also includes the option for an exchange. This information is clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions and on the product page under Delivery & Returns prior to purchase. While we always aim to make the process as smooth and fair as possible, international shipping costs are unfortunately fixed by our courier partners.
