“Great selection of high end clothing especially the latest J Linderberg golf wear. The customer service from each member of your team is always very special, helpful and most of all genuinely friendly. Pricing is always competitive and your sales discounts are very generous. On the odd occasion I have had to return an item it’s always been straightforward and efficient.”

“We shop at Norton Barrie quite a lot, my partner loves their selection of Holland Cooper clothing and they’re always extremely competitive on price. The shop itself has a nice relaxed atmosphere for browsing, and as my partner says the shop smells lovely 😍. I cant comprehend how much we would have likely spent there now, but where a forever returning customer. Well recommended,”

After reviewing the details, it became clear that the item purchased from Norton Barrie was a Holland Cooper dress, which was subsequently returned and refunded in line with our returns process. The bag referenced in the review was purchased from a different retailer, which understandably caused some confusion when reviewing the refund notification.
