Hi Michael, We're confused by this review. You purchased a TV in October 2024 and the only email we have on our system is from 2 days later requesting a tracking number. We have no record of any other emails in the intervening 18 months to our support desk. Regards, Andy

“Until the TV was ordered, the contact was great, but when the TV arrived with a defect, after sending several emails to solve the problem, there was no response. When the store sells an item, it forgets about the customer and forget that you will be able to contact them if there is a problem with the equipment.”
