Considering that the purchase has to come from Ireland this stated delivery time is not possible and your 1-2 day claim is misleading. I am sorry to hear your parcel was delayed in transit.
Looking at the tracking it would appear the cleaner was incorrectly routed to the wrong delivery depot on the Wednesday (the expected delivery day) & it subsequently took an additional two days for the carrier to rectify.
I don't see a support ticket ref this order but you can always contact us via chat, mail or social media for tracking or support queries.

“Unfortunately, I can not say that my experience with the store has been 100% positive. The delivery was quick but the item had some damage. I accept that the damage was caused by manufacturing fault as it's impossible for the store to open every single box and check if everything is working. However, I, as a customer who paid the full price without any discounts, hoping to get a new product, am not entirely happy with the solution the customer support has provided me.
Customer support only offered a refund for the item and asked me to send it back, however, they do not have the same item in stock anymore, which would mean not only I would have to go through the hassle of sending the item back (waiting for DPD driver as they do not provide the exact times of pick up), but also would be left without a replacement until they get more stock (date unknown).
The item was working fine, the damage was more cosmetic but still very visible and unpleasant. I had hoped that the store could offer me a partial refund or a gift voucher at least, but that was not an option from their side. So I kept the item with damage (as it is indeed in working condition) but I do feel unhappy because I paid the same price as if it was in perfect condition - it most certainly is not. I do not feel that was fair. Other than that, the customer service was polite and responsive.”
“Ended up buying the wrong item by accident (names between 2 items were very similar), but seemed like too much of a hassle to return it, so decided to keep it. Also could have gotten this one for 50 euros cheaper elsewhere. Delivery time was ok.”

“Ninja Air Fryer is a first class product, however customer service was not 100%.
On the company’s web site, ‘live chat’ was ‘dead’, as no reply to my guarantee query was forthcoming.
I then emailed support@northxsouth.ie on Wed 6th July with the same query, and today Monday 11th July, I have had no reply.
The query relates to trying to register the product in Ireland, as the product registration only relates to addresses in UK.”
