“Hi, I am so disappointed with my order. I ordered a SodaStream, it came as is with no box/delivery note etc. This was bought as a Christmas present and because of there being no packaging the present was spoiled. The box is also wet and ripped as it was left outside in the rain by DPD. Very unsatisfied.”

Hi Arianna, Thank you bringing this to our attention. We do not use additional packaging unless requested & we're disappointed to learn the driver left the parcel outside in the rain.
