Very happy with the purchased item, but unfortunately must give only 2 stars. Disappointed with delivery. On description was said pay before 3pm and get You purchase in 1-2 days, payment was made like description said, item was delivered after 5 days. Thank You

Hi Aleksander, I see my colleague has explained our cut off is 1pm for same day dispatch & the air fryer was dispatched the following business day on schedule. Per the tracking the parcel was delivered on the 2nd business day (Tuesday) as the Monday was a bank holiday in Ireland. Thanks a million, Andy

Don't think this box is ment for South of Ireland a lot of hassel to set up does not recanise area code in the south

Hi David, The model purchased is a UK satellite box which will 'work in Ireland with a UK satellite set-up". This is the only subscription-free means of viewing British channels in the Republic of Ireland. It will require that you imitate your location within the UK for broadcasting reasons. The product works fine, but I oreded this because the website stated that it would be delivered in 2 days, but it was 6 days later when it arrived. A bit nit picky, I know. But these small details are what makes ordering from a particular company of others so important.

Hi Alan, For in-stock items we quote 1-2 business days for delivery in line with local carrier capabilities. I understand my colleague has explained that this excludes weekends & the bank holiday in Ireland (as carriers are not working) and the hoover was subsequently delivered on the second business day. I received my air fryer very quickly and was delighted to do so, but after opening the package I discovered the Crisper Tray was not included in the package. I immediately called your Customer Services (Contact name: Andy) and was informed after providing Serial Number of the Fryer that this part would be delivered possibly on Thursday, 16th March. I am writing to you today, Monday, 20th March approx 12.20pm and todate the missing part has not been couriered to me or received by me. Disappointed at this point but hoping that the part will be sent to me today or tomorrow latest??

I bought a Neff induction hob on Oct 17th. The info said delivery within 2-3 days. I contacted customer service after 4 days and no shipping updates. I was told they didn't have stock. It was to be ordered in and would be with me by end of the week. The hob had still not arrived by the following Monday. I contacted customer service again on Nov 2nd and was told it was going to be shipped that day and I would get a free tefal pan for my trouble. The hob was delivered next day, with no pan. I have my hob, it was a good price, but there was no communication and delivery estimates were way off. Best regards, Cian.

Hi Cian, Thanks for your feedback. My apologies for the uncharacteristic delay in service. As advised the hob was ordered with a highlight 3-5 business day lead time as we were awaiting a large delivery from Neff. This was subsequently pushed back due to transit delays. Fast delivery but not the best idea to.ask.for a review of a product that put out smoke the third use and when the issue has yet to be resolved

I purchased a sterllar pots set, and i have to say that my box was wide opened and ripped when i got the delivery, i did not expect that according with the price i paid. Disappointed!

While browsing northxsouth's website, 3 days ago, I got a notification that if I completed the purchase within 3 minutes I could get next day delivery as long as didn't pick the free delivery (2-4 days) and selected express shipping, which I did. It's been now over 72 hours since the purchase and our order wasn't delivered yet. I got in touch with their support yesterday and, to be fair, their reply came very quickly. I was told that "Dublin is one of the harder hit areas logistically and DPD are throwing the kitchen sink to clear back orders and get back to normal. All being well your parcel should turn up imminently and you can expect to receive a notification on the morning of delivery with a one hour window". I understand that deliveries can be delayed, especially in challenging times like this, but the notification on their website misled me to pay for a service that I couldn't use (the next day delivery) and prevented me from making a more informed decision. If I knew it would take 4 days to get the product, I could have bought it in Amazon (cheaper) or just wait for the free delivery. I don't have my product yet, so the rating will be 2-stars as I can see they're committed to their quality by looking for our reviews.

Hi Savana, As discussed, your order was dispatched from our warehouse less than 60 minutes after your purchase. I am afraid we cannot control for delays in the network giving the extraordinary nature of logistics at the moment which is why we advise 1-3 working days for the express option at checkout. Didn't know you used DPD to courier stuff when I ordered. Still trying to get the damn thing off them. The site stated on the email for delivery tracking wouldn't track the package. I might give more feedback if I ever manage to get the package from them.

As per the tracking, the parcel was out for delivery on Tuesday morning but it was requested to be collected by the depot via the text reply service.
