“I am very happy with my purchase, it was the lowest price I could find. The packaging was an excellent. The delivery was also very quick, although strangely DPD somehow had my house number wrong, and an incorrect phone number. I’m not sure if this was a DPD problem or NorthXSouth problem. When checking my order, they had my correct details so maybe error happened with DPD? Luckily I checked the delivery details on the morning of delivery and had to pick “deliver to neighbour”, and put in my correct address. I don’t think I would have received it if I hadn’t corrected it. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase, and the Tefal deep fryer is working brilliantly for us.”
