“Had the pleasure of dealing with Andy, I was looking for a specfic TV type and size to which i was told they had just sold the last one but that he would ring around to see if he could help me out,Andy went above and beyond my expectation and tracked down the very model & size i was looking for...Amazing customer servive and satifaction. The delivery time was some of the quickest ive ever experienced. A+++ experience, Highly recommend”

“Good customer service doesn't mean everything goes right all the time. It is about ensuring that, even if things don't go as planned, you act and react in the best way possible. I ordered a coffee machine, only to be informed that the exact colour had been discontinued. However, Andy and Ellie were quick to get in touch and resolve the situation. After the machine arrival in a damaged state, there were super quick to help organise a replacement, communicating in a professional, responsible and empathetic manner and graciously provided a small coffee hamper as compensation. Therefore, whilst 2 things went wrong in the purchasing process, I can honestly say I have been the reciprocate of excellent customer service and am very pleased to have purchased through them, and I would do so again. Thank you very much Andy and Ellie.”

“I'm very happy with the products I did receive and the delivery time was very efficient. However, when my pizza oven arrived it was without the turning peel and cover I ordered but there was no explanation as to why. I had to get in touch by email which is never a good sign for it to be on the customer. I received a different peel, and I am still waiting on the cover which is still to arrive. Support informed me that they did not have the cover in stock. It's not the end of the world, and the people I dealt with were very pleasant but I feel you shouldn't let someone purchase something if it's not in stock. None of this would prevent me from ordering from them again in the future, but I was a little bit disappointed.”
