“I placed my order with NorthXSouth over a week ago and still haven’t received my coffee machine. I was given a parcel tracking number, but when I checked it with DPD, it shows as an unknown number. I’ve emailed several times and also submitted a refund request, but I haven’t received any response. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience due to the lack of communication and delivery issues.”
