“I’d like to amend my original review: I received a damaged item, but the broken part was replaced promptly with a new one. For that I'd like to express my gratitude for the great service! I was initially disappointed and annoyed but the service recovery was good! Also I’d like to praise the speed of delivery: After I placed the order it took less than 24 hrs to get the item at my door! Very fast! And good price for the item I purchased! Thank you! Roberto”

“I've ordered a Gozney Arc XL and Tread from northxsouth. Both delivered in perfect condition with next day delivery to the Republic. They also match their prices to the Gozney store sales which is great. Havent had any issues to test out if returns are easy or hard, but still no issue recommending them.”

“I recently purchased a TCL 75C6KS TV from this business, and I honestly could not be happier with the entire experience. They offered the best price I could find anywhere, and on top of that, the delivery was completely safe, secure, and at no extra cost. A special mention goes to Andy, the MD, who has been absolutely outstanding throughout the process. He patiently answered every question and doubt I had, always responding quickly and professionally. “I purchased a Goxney XL Dome and was blown away by the quality of the product. There was a slight delay when it came to the weather cover for the product but northxsouth sent out a temporary cover in the meantime which was of great use until the full length cover arrived. I would high recommend both the product and NorthXSouth”

“Recommended I recently purchased a Luba 2 from NorthXSouth and the buying experience has been brilliant. Their team is incredibly responsive, replying to my emails almost instantly, and they dispatched the order exactly on schedule. While DPD is currently causing a bit of a delay with the actual delivery, NorthXSouth's communication and efficiency have been top-notch throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!”
