“Hugely impressed with the assistance received from the team at Northern Runner when trying to select trainers for my difficult feet! Also, for some reason or other, my purchase was returned and never arrived. Northern Runner immediately re sent it 1st class to ensure I received it! Equally impressed!”

“Good selection of Altra shoes, which are my preferred brand due to the wide fit. I ordered the wrong size by mistake, and Northern Runner were exceptionally responsive in helping me fix the problem, and I had replacements shipped out promptly once I'd returned the original item. Great service, much appreciated.”

“Really good business, ordered 2 pairs of shoes, really quick delivery. Unfortunately i got the size wrong so had to return them. Quick email to confirm the process and that they had the size that i needed. Email received (same day) confirming the return process and they had the size and had reserved them. Shoes returned and new ones sent out on receipt of delivery. From original order, returning and receiving. new order was one week. Marvelous customer service, would use again. Highly recommended.”

“This is the fourth pair of Topo Atheltic trainers I've bought from Norther Runner. As always the shoes are great and so is the service! I emailed them first with a question as I was looking to swap models and wanted to check sizing, and they were quick to respond. My order came way faster than expected (fre postage always a bonus!). Super happy and will continue to buy from you!”
