I cannot express how grateful I am for the installation of my rented stairlift and the speed and efficiency with which it was installed. Every member of staff, from my initial enquiry to the measuring and fitting of the stairlift was efficient, friendly, well informed and professional. The whole process took only a week and has transformed my life at the moment. I live in an old listed building with lots of steps and no downstairs cloakroom or shower. I have suddenly gone from being fully mobile to walking on crutches prior to having a hip replacement so the stairlift has made life much more manageable I did not know that it was possible to hire a stairlift so this is a perfect temporary solution with minimal disruption or structural work as the rail is fixed through the stair treads and no mess!
