I Contacted Norfolk Stairlifts on the 5th December and spoke to Richard who was very helpful indeed. He came out to the house the next day to do a site survey and suggested which equipment would work best for my mother. The installation date was the following week. The engineer Barry was fantastic !! After he finished he went thru everything with us on operating the lift and who to contact in the event of any issues. Highly recommend Norfolk Stairlifts for their excellent service from start to finish.
