“I contacted Norfolk Stairlifts and their surveyor came out the same morning. By lunch time everything was sorted out and our order placed for installation a week later. The installation was very smooth and done quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and professional to deal with and would definitely recommend to anyone for a stairlift and installation. Thank you for your excellent service.”

“Richard was very easy to discuss our requirements with and gave excellent advice without being pushy. Very fair price agreed and prompt installation as requested. Kieron installed the stairlift with expertise and left everything clean and tidy. Very clear operating instructions given. Financial business completed on the phone in a friendly and efficient manner. We would recommend this company highly.”

“My parents are delighted with their new Autolift Module Air stairlift and my dad is now able to go upstairs and sleep in his own bed. Nick and Richard and in fact the whole team were very helpful and professional from my initial call to the completed installation. My parent's stairs are curved with a double turn in them but with careful measuring and some tweeks in the chair setup enabled the stairlift to work perfectly and still with room for my mum to still use the stairs as normal when she feels able to.”

“I contacted Norfolk Stairlifts and requested a temporary Stairlift for am elderly relative .....a week before Christmas!..... Everyone I dealt with was helpful, honest and a pleasure to do business with. They made the whole process very easy and I had a Stairlift fitted 3 days before Christmas! A* company.”

“Norfolk Stairlifts initially turn up quicker than expected We were quoted well with excellent advice. We were advised of the estimated delivery date. After we accepted the quote we advised the delivery date earlier than expected Their fitter arrived exactly on time and installed the stairlift quickly and efficiently and left absolutely immaculate with nothing for me to clear up. The stairlift is excellent and I am sure it will do everything it is supposed to do and when my wife is released from hospital, she will find it an excellent aid.”

“I was able to make an immediate appointment with the salesman, who arrived promptly and cheerfully. He explained clearly the lifts he had available and the costs involved. I took the brochures to my husband in hospital where we made our choice. I spoke to your pleasant office receptionist and made arrangements for the lift to be installed five days later! The fitter arrived on time, completed the installation and after showing us how to operate the lift left us with a clean and tidy area. I cannot speak too highly of all your staff and my husband is delighted with his ‘magic carpet’! Thank you! Vivienne Soddy”
