“I would highly recommend this company. Surveyor Richard Minns was professional, efficient and friendly. After the quotation, manager Nick respected our request to hang back until a decision for purchase and installation had been made. Carol kept communications open and clear. Installation was at least a week sooner, as we had hoped, than projected even though the stairlift chosen came from the Netherlands. Installation by Richard and a technician went very smoothly and they overcame all hitches calmly and knowledgeably. We have no experience yet of aftercare service but I am sure from other reviews that it will be swift and efficient.”
