I took the brochures to my husband in hospital where we made our choice. I spoke to your pleasant office receptionist and made arrangements for the lift to be installed five days later!
The fitter arrived on time, completed the installation and after showing us how to operate the lift left us with a clean and tidy area.

We were fortunate in being able to place an order during the period when the Handicare 1100 was on offer. Installation was carried out on the agreed date and took about 4 hours to complete and no difficulties were experienced. From initial contact with Norfolk Stairlifts we were very pleased with the help we received from the staff and technicians and it was refreshing in its absence of hard sell techniques.
