The kit is of good quality and because it was on special offer (presumably a new model is about to be released) it's very good value for money - I'd say that it's the same quality and robustness as the ones I use at the gym. Having said that the associated services were not very good. In the UK, Nordic Track use a logistics company to do the delivery and the installation and I have two areas of dissatisfaction. 1. Although you can book a day when it is to be delivered, you don't know until the evening of the day before when your 4-hour slot will be. I'm a freelancer working on customer sites and so I had to take a whole day off (and didn't get paid) instead of just half a day. When I had a rather heated conversation with the bookings clerk about this it would have been helpful if he'd pointed out that for £25 extra I could have had a Saturday morning delivery and that would have saved me losing over £400 in fees. 2. The chaps who delivered it had never seen the model we have and had to assemble it from the instructions. They made a number of mistakes and after they'd gone I realised that they had done a couple of bits with the wrong screws (the instructions weren't particularly clear but I sat and read them through over a cup of coffee. My problem here is that I paid for a manufacturer installation service and I got helpful, polite but inexperienced chaps who didn't get it quite right. I don't know if using the wrong screws would have any long term downside but I changed them for the right ones; there are plenty of spares provided in the kit just in case. As it happens I have engineering training so it wasn't difficult for me but it would never have occurred to my partner to do such a thing and she might have ended up with a damaged machine and an argument with the manufacturer as to who is liable. The 4-star rating I've given is 5-star for the product and 2-star for the services.

Bought the machine from Costco with the option to have it built by their engineers. The machine is good quality and works well. There are many settings on the machine but many of them are linked to iFit so you must have a subscription account to use them. My only slight dissapontment is that the touch screen isnt as 'Touch Screen' as they would like you to believe. It really does require a firm touch unlike what you are used to with your smart phone or tablet. As a household which has several iPads and Nexus devices, I can say the touch feature is not what it should be and does not come close to the touch functionality in terms of responsiveness of standard tablets and phones. My only negative would be that I found the whole registering process unecesarily complex and confusing. During registration, it asks for a serial number and model number. These are found under the main frame of the machine which weighs a lot. When I relayed this to their customer service team, they pointed out that the information can be found several times on the box removing the need to lift the machine. However, as I pointed out, my machine was put together by engineers as part of the purcahse and they took all the rubbish with them. Why is it not just simply displyed in a settings page on the monitor! Anyway, when I tried to register on Nordic track it wouldn't let me. Why? Well becuase you dont register with Nordic track, you register with Icon Health and Fitness limited which I assume are their UK distributer. However, nowhere during the transaction is this made clear. So you basically buy one machine and register with 3 companies, iFit, Nordic and Icon Health!! In summary, good machine but you need an iFit account to benefit from all its features. Lousy and confusing registration process.

Purchased the T16.0 treadmill directly from ICON website our first treadmill, absolutely recommend the site extremely easy purchase, added assemble at a reasonable price to. The treadmill is large and sturdy, pretty straight forward controls with plenty of pre programed workouts to suit every fitness level. This treadmill surprised us to how quite it is in use, just a gentle hum even walking at lowest speed very quite (not had it up to full speed yet) but still very quite at level 8 (a pretty fast run) we like the display especially the track feature which keeps you motivated to complete your workout. the fan is decent and kicks in automatically when you need it, but you can set it manually the speakers are decent works well with my ipod. Also purchased a floor mat at a discounted price at same time, which is of very good quality and also purchased ifit-live module and year subscription for a £1. (On the ifit be patient has this is a pain to set up and use with google maps) I am the best part of 20 stone and it does not falter under my weight. So overall would recommend this treadmill. Only note of caution was the delivery and install was a 2 week wait, and when assembled the storage latch was broken (still awaiting the refitting of this part) also some minor issues with the assembly (I had to center the belt and did not get a demonstration of how to use the different programs ect) so cannot give 5*

Just got one of these after extensive research including advice from a friend who fixes gym equipment for a living. This is my second elliptical, my old Lidl one lasted 12 years and died of metal fatigue. The good:- 1)The build quality is more than I expected with heavy gauge steel (3mm) employed throughout the construction. This is gym grade stuff and will last for a very long time 2)The range of resistance. 3)The incline facility. 4)The speakers(many folks said they sounded tinny).I found them to produce full range decent audio at high levels. 5)The workouts are better than typical domestics models and more gym like. 6)The assembly took about 1 hour on my own as it comes pre assembled. The bad:- 1)It weighs a lot(70+kgs boxed)but this is because it's well made. 2)Its bigger than the pictures portray. 3)Ifit.com advertising at the begining and ending of each workout. 4)The user manual is poor but OK for those who've used ellipticals before. 5)The workout apps do not include HRC programs, this is not a machine for older beginners IMO. I've only used this machine for one workout week and I've lost 3kg. I haven't exceeded level 6 resistance and it's quite tough, I have 14 levels above! The operation is silent when set-up right and the sturdy build gives you confidence. I had clonking after day 3 of use and found that the apparatus wasn't level, once corrected the clonking appeared to go. I think the user manual should be more specific about the available workouts and how to invoke them. I had to spend a bit of time working out how the thing works. All of the buttons do something even the iFit ones (I have no iFit module)but the manual doesn't state any of this. I've given this 4 stars but it would have got 5 if NT UK picked up their phone or responded to registration emails. I nearly removed another star because of the iFit.com advertising at the end of the workouts. This really cheesed me off because I paid a lot for this machine so why the advertising? Based on my experience so far I would highly recommend the NordicTrack club series E7.1 elliptical.

Delivery on time and instructions to assemble the treadmill were easy to follow. The only negative aspect was that we were unprepared for the weight of the main part and had to arrange for assistance to get it upstairs. Otherwise very pleased as it seems very stable and is easy to use.

Purchased the C220i. I tried to purchase via the website which didn't work but the sales team were very responsive via email. It was delivered in a week. I set it up Saturday afternoon and was up and running after a couple of hours. All good. I subscribed to iFit and have also set that up - I had a few issues using laptop but it breezed through when I used my smartphone. Have yet to realise the benefits of the £69 subscription pa, we'll see how this goes. All good so far. My wife and I are happy with our purchase.

The equipment arrived promptly and in good condition. Now assembled, it is working well. My only negative comment is that when I completed the online registration form, the form requested that I attach proof of purchase and stipulated that this include a full description of the item purchased. However the electronic proof of purchase provided by yourselves did not provide this. As I was concerned that the guarantee would be valid, I found it necessary to also phone the helpline for clarification-where I was assured that all was in order and that the reference numbers included in the proof of purchase were sufficient to identify the item. I suggest that the proof of purchase include a description of the item to prevent future customers from needing to do this. Regards Linus McCloskey

Couldn't buy this product in Jersey CI without paying a lot more even with VAT and £155 shipping with Ship2me to have it delivered. Recommend taking a picture of nuts and bolts package as when you open it the labelling becomes illegible. Live and learn! Read instructions, then read instructions again carefully as you go. Nordictrack 11.5 has really smooth and squeak free stride. This is not a small machine but folds easily. Amanda St Helier, Jersey. CI

Fantastic bike and easy to use. Only problem is that the monitor display is too small and the writing difficult to read

I bought an Elliptical E10.0 about 4 months ago and love it. I chose this model because it is a really solid stable piece of kit - and it folds up to save space. It feels like a quality piece of gym equipment when you are using it. The control panel is easy to use and there are lots of scope to make the workouts challenging as your fitness improves using the resistance levels and incline. I also bought the optional iFit module - it's a fun add on but certainly not essential. The ordering process wasn't smooth. I placed the order, got an email to say I'd hear within 2 days to agree a delivery date and then...silence. I called them a few days later and after a few phone calls to NordicTrack and the delivery company things were sorted - mostly due to the delivery company to be honest!! The actual delivery service was fantastic. I needed 'upstairs delivery' and they took the machine up some narrow-ish stairs, unboxed it, set it up and took away the packaging in about 15 minutes! (They did say it's the easiest model to install.)

Hello Susan, its Josh from NordicTrack. Thank you for your honest review. I'm glad you are enjoying the machine that you ordered with ourselves. The reason why there were issue's with booking you for delivery was that the order had a slight delay when transferring however as per your review this was resolved and the machine was delivered successfully. Very good machine, although the console design is frustrating. The plug for the MP3 in the centre means you can't rest an iPad or phone on the ledge as the plug is in the way. It should be placed to one side. The console would also be better back lit . It's a huge console & the design could be so much more practical without destroying the design. I love the machine & the running programmes, just find the design of the console disappointing

Hello Lisa, its Josh from NordicTrack. Thank you for your honest review. I'm glad you are enjoying your Treadmill. Sadly as you mentioned the design of the MP3 aux hole is placed in a certain position which stops you from resting your device. With our newer product range on NordicTrack I believe this has now been changed and we do include device holders on the machine to avoid issue's like this.

Fun, goes quite steep for a real workout, squeaks a bit though needs some oil on the joints. Like it.

A good cross-trainer for the money, fairly easy to assemble, the only drawback is that it creaks like heck.

Nordic Track as a company seems fine - I have used them before for other products. The cycling machine itself is also good - couple of small issues - the rubber binding that you put you foot into catches against the side of the machine on every stroke ! and if you leave the machine on for some reason eth led screen flickers on and off in the dark when not in use !? Other than that it is pretty solid and up to a gym like quality and weight.

after promising myself for a few years that i would, finally I bought myself a cross trainer. I bought a Original NordicTrack E10.0 Elliptical. when this is packed away the product is very very heavy. do not think that you can lift this by yourself. And if you are thinking about placing it up any stairs consider how you are going to get it up there.. Assembly instructions were good and the build quality is good. Not as good as the machines at the Gym, but good enough for the house. Easy website to navigate and the delivery guys were the best and very polite. have had no cause to speak to customer services so cant make a comment.... good luck
