“Really professional service through out the purchase process. Delivery drivers on time and very helpful. Assembly quiet straight forward and was set up within 2hrs so I was up an running in now time at all. Kind regards Claire”

“It's a Fantastic machine and works very well. Bit worried that there was a few screws etc left over after I paid for it to be assembled at my home.”

Hello Trina, Thank you for your review! I'm glad you are happy with your machine, I hope you are still enjoying it. In relation to the additional screws they may be spare screws or the bolts taken from the machine which needs to be done during the assembly.

“I needed a treadmill to exercise my legs that have had PAD (peripheral arterial disease) since late 2015. I found information about slow walking speeds and increments was hard to find in the specifications on the Web. Too much about peripheral stuff. I was helped by Keith Bowes at Nordic Track and went on to choose a C320i. It works well and after 2 weeks am feeling confident and better. I am aged 82. The User Manual is clear. I had downloaded a copy before the TM came but it does not illustrate the display information and neither does the Web Site. I'm happy now I have it, but why not show how the time and distance, calories and slope are displayed. I did not know that speed can go down to 1km/hr and can increase in 0.1km/hr steps. Good to have the treadmill now. My wife enjoys walks/runs as well. Tony Devonald”

“Quiet action and good price in sale, many similar machines are much worse. Quality drops a star though as the seat tilts backwards and the handlebar support cannot be set straight with any amount of adjustment. Utterly useless I-fit feature and unreliable pulse rate monitor. I think I have a Polar T31 strap around but it needs an extra receiver to be bought? So overall, its quite a good upright bike on sale due to its flaws.”

“The first machine that was delivered had a fault with the seat post in that it got jammed. The machine was replaced and the replacement was fine. The first machine was only delivered to the door and I had to drag the box and it's contents up a flight of stairs to the bedroom. When I was advised that the machine was being replaced I was told that collection of the original machine would only be from the hall way and therefore it had to be dragged back down stairs. This is very poor customer service and given the circumstances as a gesture of goodwill I would have expected collection from the place of assembly. The delivery of the second machine was as expected, the delivery men took the machine up stairs and were very happy to do so. Given the cost of the machine this level of service should be the norm.”

“Treadmill has a lot of features and programmes on it which include an incline function. Not quite as straight forward to assemble as I was led to believe”

“Delivery was arranged well, they phoned an hour before arriving which was nice considering the huge window they gave me the day before. Assemble was simple. It said it needed two people but I'm sure this is an insurance against people with less ability than others. The plastic around the console is slightly cheap looking, I would have hoped for a better production value there but the rest of the bike is very sleek and pleasing to the eye. Performance wise it pedals smoothly, with very little noise at all. I am having fun with the ifit integration which was slightly fiddly to set up but nothing anyone who knows how to drive the internet will struggle with.”

“Great machine but the first one did not work. You need patience to put together and two people. Remember the machine will not work with out the safety cord in place. Easy to adjust.”

“Web-site was excellent for comparison of products and description. Ordering was easy. Delivering arrangement was very quick (next day I got a call). Got a text about the 4 hour delivery window on the morning, however the delivery arrived 2 hours before that window. Fortunately I was in and an earlier delivery was great...however, if I had popped out expecting it to arrive later I would have missed the delivery! If a time window is given then it is probably best to stick with it? Delivery guys were good.”

“The Nordic Track T15 arrived as expected. It was in a huge single box and we wanted it in an upstairs room so we paid the extra £29 for this but the guys struggled to get such a big and heavy box upstairs. But they eventually succeeded. I put the treadmill together that night and it took me 3 hours. The running part is one piece and heavy. All the other parts are for the uprights and control panel. The guidebook is simple and construction isn't difficult it just takes time to put all the screws and bolts in position. You have to be careful not to pinch the electric connector because a space for cables is not properly designed in. The pull through wires are good but there is a real chance of snagging wires. When constructed, the treadmill is big, robust and just what I wanted. The family has now run about 10 miles with no issues at all. I am over 110kg and it was fine. The only problem is that Nordic Track did not include a UK plug and connector. When I asked them for one I was directed to the webpage to register and make a comment about the deficiency. I have no idea why the lady couldn't action that simple request there and then. That was last week so I await the plug and lead. (I just happen to have a UK style lead which works but it is 10amp vs the 16 amp lead). Customers service and quality control aside, I am very happy with the treadmill it does everything that the video says it will do.”

“The NordicTrack incline trainer is an amazing fat burning machine. Super easy to use and lots of great features but most of all a really effective work out. Easy to assemble but losing one star on the review simply because instruction diagram aren't clear and the unpacking instructions minimal.”

The instruction manuals we do try make as user friendly as possible however I can sympathise as some steps are relatively harder than some of the others however it seems you managed to get your product assembled which is good.

“Quick delivery to Ireland, after a weeks usage I find the machine well manufactured and silent in operation. Assembly time approx 40 mins, overall I am happy with my purchase. Machine appears sturdy and durable for heavy home use. Can't comment on longterm reliability .”

“Overall pretty good. It feels quite heavy when it comes out of the box, but this gives a smooth ride. Assembly takes a while, but provided you take your time and follow the instructions it's fairly easy (although you ideally need two people). Once up and running it works well. The display is clear and gives good indication of what you are doing (I particularly like the intensity scale which combines speed and resistance in a single measure). It comes with a range of programs on it. However, based on the ones I've tried, the programs are aimed more at the beginner (and maybe intermediate) level. Those who want something with more resistance probably want to consider add the iFit module. If you want more programs you can add these with the optional iFit module (the downside being that it costs an extra £100 to add that).”

The programmes on the machine do vary so some will be a lot more easier than the rest so it just depends what you are wanting to do. Each programme has different functions such as they will differentiate based on speed, calories burned and incline etc. You are correct, it is an additional purchase for the iFit module however we do currently have deals with our products so the iFit live technology can have a discounted price.

“Well, haven't received my elliptical yet (supposed to come today) but I can comment on their customer service. I was absent last week, so when I ordered the machine (and because my wife is pregnant) I wanted them to deliver the machine this week. I have also asked them to give me a call so we can arrange the delivery. But NO CONTACT from the company. so for their customer service they receive 1* only. I will review the product after I receive it”
