“Quality of product is good, but the accessories tray cannot be fitted as the pins do not locate in the pre-drilled holes on the body of the bike. Still struggling to get this matter resolved.”

“Great value machine (Treadmill C700) and good delivery - make sure that you are happy that you can get the parcel upstairs, if necessary - we have worked it all out so that was fine but you may want to pay for an upstairs delivery of you're not sure!”

In order to take products upstairs we advise to take the parts out of the box and take it up part-by-part however if the box can fit you may need another pair of hands to do so. I'm glad you managed to get it into the room of your choice.

“X9i Incline Trainer Motor had a spark and tripped the power. Clearly can see the spark from the motor coming out which was on the back side on the treadmill. Might be a hazardous in some extreme cases if power doesn't trip. Machine was good but bulky and will occupy a big space. Need at least 2 person to assemble and move it.”

“A little unfortunate that the console display had a fault during assembly,but after one call to customer services a new console arrived 3 days later.Yet to try the new console.Overall,happy with the product.”

“U60 bike is a good quality product for the price. Smooth and silent, small increments between resistance levels and feels solid and stable. Screen info mediocre, but fan is useful addition”

“Telephone order handled well. Disappointing that no assembly service was currently available. Telephone call to arrange delivery handled well. However no "day before" notification given of intended delivery. Telephoned on appointed delivery day and was given a 2 hour slot (3pm to 5pm). Nothing delivered! Phoned next day. Not yet logged back into the warehouse; therefore no delivery information available as at 30 Nov. Still no contact received as at 31 Dec 2030 hours.”

Hello Mr Kersey, Thank you for your review. I believe there may be some confusion with the dates as we received the order on the 15/12/16 and the carriers received the order on the 19/12/16. I do have to apologise on behalf of our delivery service as there was an issue with the weight of the product however as this has now been resolved I hope you are enjoying your NordicTrack product.

“good sturdy machine, but the seat post, handlebar post almost impossible to move up and down or in and out, bought some silicone spray and they are just about movable with a lot of effort. The drive belt was also rubbing to start with but this seems to have resolved itself. Apart from that the bike runs very smoothly”
