Excellent service - ifit arrived in 2 working days as promised. We also have a Nordic Track treadmill and bike both of which are robust and have given no issues.

Well, haven't received my elliptical yet (supposed to come today) but I can comment on their customer service. I was absent last week, so when I ordered the machine (and because my wife is pregnant) I wanted them to deliver the machine this week. I have also asked them to give me a call so we can arrange the delivery. But NO CONTACT from the company. so for their customer service they receive 1* only. I will review the product after I receive it

I am really pleased that I purchased this exercise bike direct from NordicTrack, because they offered the option of upstairs delivery and, most importantly, assembly. The men who delivered the bike did a tremendous job, and I am very pleased with the bike.

The kit is of good quality and because it was on special offer (presumably a new model is about to be released) it's very good value for money - I'd say that it's the same quality and robustness as the ones I use at the gym. Having said that the associated services were not very good. In the UK, Nordic Track use a logistics company to do the delivery and the installation and I have two areas of dissatisfaction. 1. Although you can book a day when it is to be delivered, you don't know until the evening of the day before when your 4-hour slot will be. I'm a freelancer working on customer sites and so I had to take a whole day off (and didn't get paid) instead of just half a day. When I had a rather heated conversation with the bookings clerk about this it would have been helpful if he'd pointed out that for £25 extra I could have had a Saturday morning delivery and that would have saved me losing over £400 in fees. 2. The chaps who delivered it had never seen the model we have and had to assemble it from the instructions. They made a number of mistakes and after they'd gone I realised that they had done a couple of bits with the wrong screws (the instructions weren't particularly clear but I sat and read them through over a cup of coffee. My problem here is that I paid for a manufacturer installation service and I got helpful, polite but inexperienced chaps who didn't get it quite right. I don't know if using the wrong screws would have any long term downside but I changed them for the right ones; there are plenty of spares provided in the kit just in case. As it happens I have engineering training so it wasn't difficult for me but it would never have occurred to my partner to do such a thing and she might have ended up with a damaged machine and an argument with the manufacturer as to who is liable. The 4-star rating I've given is 5-star for the product and 2-star for the services.

The buying process from start to finish was professional and pain free and the price with the ifit module and the discount voucher was unbeatable. The people at IKON were helpful and accommodating. Panther organised an earlier delivery spot so we could have the T16 delivered on the Friday having only ordered it on the Monday, much to the delight of my children. Thanks for a great product and we love if it and running anywhere we want to in the world Many thanks The CAs

Placed order on 4th Feb for a treadmill. No Communication from company as to delivery date. Tried ringing the customer help number several times line sounded as not working. Contacted Paypal raised dispute. Had a call from company trying to arrange delivery. Agreed delivery date. Evening before delivery had a phone call from a rude agent with a attitude and not really interested in my point of view, wanted me to close dispute with paypal before item could be delivered otherwise won't get delivery next day. Really Bad customer service no apology for not delivering treadmill or contacting me for two weeks after order and payment taken out. Avoid this company.

Hi, Our carriers were unable to contact you as your mobile would not receive calls from with held numbers. We did not receive any email or phone call form you requesting help. Instead you raised a Paypal dispute and claim instantly. Upon realising the issue with your phone, we asked the carriers to call you from a personal mobile number to be able to contact you to book your delivery, which they did succesfully. Yes, we required the funds cleared from PayPal to be able to deliver your goods, it is a £1000+ treadmill. Unfortunately, you would not release the funds so we were unable to deliver your goods.

The machine is silent. My son can sleep as we train in the same room. The company was prompt at the delivery. We have already loved the machine.

This is an excellent bit of kit. To be able to run anywhere in the world with the gradients adjusted automatically by the machine is magic. It is a very heavy treadmill though, so I recommend you pay the extra and have it delivered to the room in which you want it and have it assembled. There were three guys putting mine together and it took them an hour.

I bought my treadmill after copious research on the Internet and heard good things about Nordic Track. I had my treadmill delivered, the company put it together after copious arguing but luckily the instructions were multilingual so they got there in the end. I started a run but after 0.5km the belt stopped working even though the incline kept changing and the screen said I was still running. I called the company, eventually managed to get my problem understood (it took 10 minutes of repeated explanation) and then sent an email. No reply. I sent another email to the online address who forwarded it to the customer care team. No reply. I am truly upset that I spent so much money on something that doesn't work and I seem to be chasing a company that doesn't really care. I do apologise that our customer services had not responded initially to your email, they are instructed to drop through a courtesy email to say they have received this and you will be responded very soon. It disappoints me to hear that you had not heard for a second time. As per the customer services log this was escalated to a senior manager at our customer services and has been dealt with accordingly. I believe we offered a gesture of good will and an engineer visit to fix the issue with your machine.

Bought the machine from Costco with the option to have it built by their engineers. The machine is good quality and works well. There are many settings on the machine but many of them are linked to iFit so you must have a subscription account to use them. My only slight dissapontment is that the touch screen isnt as 'Touch Screen' as they would like you to believe. It really does require a firm touch unlike what you are used to with your smart phone or tablet. As a household which has several iPads and Nexus devices, I can say the touch feature is not what it should be and does not come close to the touch functionality in terms of responsiveness of standard tablets and phones. My only negative would be that I found the whole registering process unecesarily complex and confusing. During registration, it asks for a serial number and model number. These are found under the main frame of the machine which weighs a lot. When I relayed this to their customer service team, they pointed out that the information can be found several times on the box removing the need to lift the machine. However, as I pointed out, my machine was put together by engineers as part of the purcahse and they took all the rubbish with them. Why is it not just simply displyed in a settings page on the monitor! Anyway, when I tried to register on Nordic track it wouldn't let me. Why? Well becuase you dont register with Nordic track, you register with Icon Health and Fitness limited which I assume are their UK distributer. However, nowhere during the transaction is this made clear. So you basically buy one machine and register with 3 companies, iFit, Nordic and Icon Health!! In summary, good machine but you need an iFit account to benefit from all its features. Lousy and confusing registration process.

Purchased the T16.0 treadmill directly from ICON website our first treadmill, absolutely recommend the site extremely easy purchase, added assemble at a reasonable price to. The treadmill is large and sturdy, pretty straight forward controls with plenty of pre programed workouts to suit every fitness level. This treadmill surprised us to how quite it is in use, just a gentle hum even walking at lowest speed very quite (not had it up to full speed yet) but still very quite at level 8 (a pretty fast run) we like the display especially the track feature which keeps you motivated to complete your workout. the fan is decent and kicks in automatically when you need it, but you can set it manually the speakers are decent works well with my ipod. Also purchased a floor mat at a discounted price at same time, which is of very good quality and also purchased ifit-live module and year subscription for a £1. (On the ifit be patient has this is a pain to set up and use with google maps) I am the best part of 20 stone and it does not falter under my weight.So overall would recommend this treadmill. Only note of caution was the delivery and install was a 2 week wait, and when assembled the storage latch was broken (still awaiting the refitting of this part) also some minor issues with the assembly (I had to center the belt and did not get a demonstration of how to use the different programs ect) so cannot give 5*

Purchased the NordicTrack Elite 1500 treadmill online from nordictrack.co.uk. Easy enough to place the order. Once the order is placed, they don't appear to update the status of the order online any further. When the 2-4 day shipping was about to expire I gave them a call and sure enough it was due to ship the next day. The product arrived well protected in the packaging two days later. I was also contacted by the courier the day before delivery. There was a small part missing, which does not effect the operation of the treadmill (a heal that is attached to the underside of the frame) so we are awaiting the part from the service company. So nearly a month in and all is going well with the calorie burn! Incidently, my order still says "processing" on the website. So the only suggestion I would make is that if the order process on the website is kept up to date, it is a good way of keeping the customer informed of progress.

Our website is not set up to autonomously update itself but we are happy to provide any delivery details or despatch details via telephone or email. I'm sorry to hear that you had a small part missing from your machine, I'm hoping you are enjoying your machine and calories are still being burned!
