Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

“I was debating between this bed and another bed by another supplier - I wanted this one because the ladder was flush - it was easy to order and was delivered within a week. However the bed slats delivered were only 12 when it should if been 15 so it took me over 2 weeks to get this resolved by emailing constantly 3 times a day every day. Although the product is really excellent the customer service really lets the company down. We all appreciate Covid has delayed items and staff are furloughed so I feel for the staff but you really shouldn’t take peoples money if you cannot provide the service required. Jodie did reply to me about 2 days after each time and my issue was resolved so I thank her for that. But as a company overall I wouldn’t use again. The bed however was perfect for what I wanted, really stable and good quality.”

“The bed itself is nice and seems sturdy. However the company has let me down. I have ordered 2 beds and 2 mattresses on the 5th of February. 1 bed and 1 mattress has arrived quickly with no problem. The other bed arrived with the wrong slats and no mattress. I ended up cancelling the mattress and got a refund, but I am still waiting for the slats. The customer service is nice enough, but they just did not tell me where my order is. It is really not good enough, especially when you are dealing with children’s furniture and having to explain to your children why 1 can have her bed and the other one can’t. Very upsetting for a parent.”

“sturdy wooden furniture at a decent price - similar styles seems to be much more expensive elsewhere. However, only chairs and bench received so far - table due within the next week. Hopefully this will be of the same standard! Support staff very helpful with a damaged part and are sending a replacement”

“Seems sturdy enough, looks expensive. Delivery was not very good though, left my parcel outside in the pouring rain and no note through my letter box, only by chance I opened my back door and saw it.”

“We haven’t actually put this up as yet but it is of good quality, arrived on time and will be a great addition to my daughters room as she doesn’t have space for a bedside table to put a drink and book on.”

“Beautiful bed and looks sturdy. Would be easy to put together except no slats included?? No reference to them in the instruction book either? Two of the bolts also too short so had to source our own.”

“This is a nice and thick mattress and is very comfy! However it came wrapped in a lot of plastic which was unnecessary and the amount could have been reduced.”

“The bed itself is very good!! never seen one with two pull out trundles so for space saving with three children it is a must! The quality is good although the paint is extremely thin (you can see the colour of the wood throught it and certainly the knots etc) maybe some people like this, but if i order a white bed i expect it to be painted with a decent coat of white paint. The other negative is the price, definately not worth £360, its a premium as you cant buy this sort of thing elsewhere, either wait for it to go on sale or buy from their warehouse store!! nnwarehouse Customer service is extremely poor and getting hold of anyone is impossible! found only one phone number on google and it goes straight to an o2 voice mail! what sort of company has an o2 voice mail rather than a professional call system!?!?! overall the product is good but too expensive, the company is not so great”

“This is a great bed. I purchased this bed for my sons fifth birthday and he absolutely loves it. Wood is sturdy and well put together. I waited until the day before to build it and discovered there was no hardware in any of the boxes so I was quite upset. Used the live chat to try and sort the problems don’t it was resolved pretty quickly although I haven’t been refunded my £30 for delivery as I was told I would I’m still very happy with the purchase overall”

“Initially when it arrived and seen the parts to it I wasn't impressed but by the time I put it together I was pleased. Very easy to construct and the hardware to keep it together looks sturdy. Only downside was customer service is shocking and the courier service was a joke (only delivered 3 out of 4 boxes, supposedly that was ok from company!!) So had to waste 2 more days waiting.....shocking service but the bed seems good with storage as required!”

“The bed is well made and my 4 year old daughter loves the slide and tent/Castle. Unfortunately the wrong tent package was sent but this was sorted quickly and the new one issued the next day. Still waiting for bed pockets to arrive too.”

“Really lovely bed and makes such a difference in a small room, as my daughter can now play underneath it comfortably. The bed is very sturdy and feels safe. I managed to make this bed on my own easily, the only downside was the delivery, as people have said previously my slats never turned up with the delivery when I paid £30 for next day, they took nearly 5 days to arrive. I have managed to get the delivery fee back and now received all parts and very happy with the bed.”

“We recently ordered the Una sleep station for my boy and we have been mostly pleased with the look and quality. The screws and fittings for the chest if drawers were not the best quality but when I contacted customer services, they were prompt to respond and offer options for replacement, refund etc. The delivery of the products wasn't the best because you were not able to have flexibility regarding the date of delivery and not all items were available on first delivery, which we were not made aware of beforehand. However, as mentioned, customer services were on hand and responded promptly to our emails.”

“Order this bed, 2 weeks passed so I sent an email to see where it was. Turns out it was lost in transit. New one sent out straight away. Received 1 week later. Then to discover it was missing the slats. Was pretty annoyed but they were sent out after a few email exchanges. Couple of imperfections on the bed but nothing that would effect the use. Got that sorted through email with customer service. Regardless of those issues my daughter loves her new bed. Shame about missing parts and imperfections and that it was almost 4 weeks before we managed to get the bed up properly due to issues but overall happy with the bed.”
